I called Curt to get the answer to why the SecureLatch Pintle Mount, part # CU59FR, states that it's not to be used in the rise position.
The answer is that it is not designed for or tested in this position. Without testing in that position, nothing can be guaranteed regarding specs or dependability.

Determining if the Timbren # TDRTT3500E or the SumoSprings # SS27GR is better for your needs will depend on your application. With the Timbren option having 8,000 pounds of load leveling capacity, they will of course be the more heavy duty option. Both adapters will fit the puck system in your 2023 Ram 2500. The # C16022 is designed to work only with Curt brand sliding fifth wheel hitches like the # C16541. The # C29BR is more of a universal adapter and can be used with both sliding and fixed fifth wheel hitches. The # C29BR will also work with other brands of fifth wheel hitch such as B&W and Reese. If your 2015 Ram 2500 diesel has factory tow hooks then you can use the Draw-Tite front-mount hitch # 65063. This hitch fits both 2WD and 4WD trucks. If you have a 4WD truck and do not have factory tow hooks then instead use the Curt model # C31015. Both the Draw-Tite # 65063 and Curt # C31015 have a 500-lb vertical load limit (akin to tongue weight).

I would by far recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Item # C16520-16021 over the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Item # C16515-16021. While they both have identical towing capacities the A16 is the superior 5th wheel hitch because of the dual locking jaw. The jaw design of the A16 allows for 360 degree contact with the kingpin. The only real difference between the Adarac Aluminum Series and the Adarac Pro Series Aluminum is the upright bar design. The aluminum series has uprights that are slightly bent which could reduce ease of folding up a tonneau bed cover, while the Pro Series has straight uprights that do not reduce ease of folding up a tonneau cover. Even though the PullRite SuperGlide is a great product, the Demco Hijacker actually has more to offer at a lower price-point which makes it the better choice.

We do have a Demco Hijacker that will mate with the OEM puck system on the 2020 Ram 2500. However, the part number you linked to, Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, # DM8550022 is not the correct item. This is an under-bed mounted, rail-free design that allows for full access to truck bed when hitch is removed; same objective as using the OEM puck system in the newer model Ram Trucks. The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31015 does sit very far behind and below the factory bumper. When we installed it on a 2015 Ram 2500 like yours in our shop the hitch receiver pin sat 10" behind the leading front edge of the bumper. The difference between the Timbren # TDR2500D and the # TDRTT3500E is that the TDRTT3500E are designed for commercial service trucks which will have a more beefy suspension system already and a slightly different frame. The # RP56009-53 kit does have longer 48 inch rails compared to the 43 inch rails with # RP50054-58 but this isn't what makes them easier to install.
Part # RP56009-53 is an outboard kit. This means the brackets install on the outside of the frame rails making the mounting locations easier to access. We don't carry the Pullrite Superglide hitches but there are a lot of people who really like them. We instead carry the somewhat similar Demco Hijacker Autoslide hitches which have a couple key advantages to the Pullrite hitches. One being they don't require custom capture plates for pin boxes as they have adjustable side plates that adjust to securely attach to the pin box.
