The Curt rail kit part # C16470-204 that you referenced is the style of rails that the Pull Rite 2700 ISR hitch is designed to fit so it would work well in that regard. The issue you most likely will encounter is that the hitch can't slide far enough back to allow you turning clearance based on the length of your truck bed. For a locking hitch pin with an integrated anti-rattle feature, I'd recommend the # 63232. Another option would be a locking hitch pin like part # e98882 and a separate anti-rattle device like # RM-061.
