I recommend double checking your hub-face-to-hub-face measurement to ensure it really is 71" because we do carry the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs # 20545I-EZ-72-15, which has a 72" hub-face-to-hub-face measurement and 58" spring-center-to-spring-center length. It also comes with idler hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern all ready for 13" to 15" wheels.
If it really is 71" then you would need to use a universal fit option like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs # A20RS545.
