Dee Zee does not offer a matching rubber tailgate pad like the bed mat but there are products offered that can provide such protection. Other kits for your truck such as the Bedrug custom liner kit # BRN05KCK includes a tailgate pad, but this product uses different construction - carpet-like material over a foam core - not the heavy nyracord rubber as on the Dee Zee.

There are also accessory tailgate pads like Swagman's 54-inch # S64761 and 61-inch # S64760 which serves as both a protective pad and bike carrier.
