Currently we only offer the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7221 with a 2" opening. The Reducer # e58YR can be used allowing you to use a 1-1/4" hitch accessory. The 2" opening will allow for a greater amount of hitch accessories to be used as it is the more commonly used size.

Hopkins does indeed offer Gray floor mats compatible with your 2019 Kia Sportage. Part # HM79101 includes front are rear mats. A mat for the rear cargo area is also available in gray, but it is by WeatherTech, part # WT42883.

The Curt Class I hitch you referenced, part # C11396, is confirmed as a fit for the 2015 model year Nissan Leaf. This is a light-duty Class I hitch rated for only 150-lbs of tongue weight. This is enough for use with a 2-bike rack or small cargo carrier as long as the total load on the hitch remains within its 150-lb rating.
