I have searched your trailers specific information and I am unable to pin point exactly what size feet your Springdale trailer has on the jacks. Take a look at the image below and let me know if your trailers' jacks look like the jacks in this picture. If it does, then yes, they should be fine.
If they look different, then you will need to measure the feet you have. So, you will need to take a measurement of the feet on the trailers jacks to find out if the SnapJack Scissor Jack pads... view full answer...
Hey Kelly, so clearance as we define it, is going to be the distance from the mounting bracket to the top of the jack tube excluding the handle.
Both of the extended and retracted measurements are going to be taken from the bottom of the footplate to the top of the jack tube excluding the handle. So the Bulldog # BD178101 measures 11 1/4" retracted, and 21 1/4" extended. view full answer...
Pacific Rim is the manufacturer of the RAM jacks. You can verify the Replacement Rod and Nut # TJD-12000-RODNUT you found is the correct part by confirming your jack is 3-1/2" by 3-1/2" square and the 1" rod is 17-3/4" long. If you have a different measurement on either please let me know. view full answer...
Hey Byron, thanks for writing in, and the mounting flange is 5.3" (or 5-5/16") on the Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack # UF38-944040.
You made an awesome choice here with the Phoenix as it's as good as it gets for an A-frame jack. The thing cooks in regards to travel (at least relative to trailer jacks), extending 6" in 9-1/2 seconds.
I also thought you might want the rest of the dimensions so I went ahead and got ahold of the manufacturer to get all the dimensions of the Phoenix # UF38-944040. view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Davide!
I believe the Replacement Cap for etrailer and Ram Swivel Marine Jacks - 1,500 lbs # MJ-1500B-CP will work for your application as it has a 2.08" ID and a 2.19" OD (see attached). view full answer...
Hey Bob, I don't know of any safety concerns regarding the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack # BD155033 and the tongue weight does not change.
This jack has a 2,000 lb lift capacity, so as long as your trailer's tongue weight is less than 2,000 lbs, this'll work great. view full answer...
Hi Dave, the total extended length of the etrailer Boat Trailer Jack w/ Footplate # MJSQ-2500B is 22 5/8". Retracted it measures 7 1/4" for a total lift of 29 1/8". view full answer...
Sure there are, Roger. We have plenty of stabilizer jacks like the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD which has a 650 lb capacity, 11 1/2" retracted, and 18" extended.
Just let me know what your current stabilizers measure in the comments and I'll take a look to see if we have anything that can help you out. view full answer...
Hello. I was able to get the measurement for the Fulton Round Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack # FTJ12000101 that you requested. It is 9-3/4" from the center of the bracket to the bottom of the wheel when retracted. I made I diagram for your reference. view full answer...
Hi George,
I see you've been interested in adding an electric A-frame jack to your Keystone Hideout 24BHWE since at least 2020 when you first asked, so hopefully we can get that resolved today so you can very easily raise and lower your trailer. Since your trailer has a GVWR of just under 7,420 lbs and a jack will only lift up - at most - 15% of that weight, capacity is not going to be a factor at all. With that in mind, there is one option that I absolutely like more than the rest, which... view full answer...
To get the hub face to hub face dimensions on your Magic Jack trailer axle you'll want to put the trailer on jack stands so that you can take the wheels off and then measure from one hub face to the other hub face.
I have linked a diagram below to show you exactly where to measure.
The closest we are going to have to 101" is going to 95" like the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs item # 7359765-I you were looking at. view full answer...
Hey Cody, thanks for reaching out!
I took a look at a photo of a 2018 Jayco 27BHS and it looks like they equip it with standard scissor jacks so I recommend checking out the Leveling Scissor Jack # JSC-24-IND as an option.
I don't know what the mounting bracket dimensions are for the ones currently on your trailer, but I'm adding a photo of the mounting bracket dimensions for this Stromberg Carlson jack that you can compare to what you have to see if it's compatible!
If it isn't compatible... view full answer...
The Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System # LC672136 weighs a total of 484lbs. But do remember this is going to be replacing your current tongue jack and stabilizers so you are likely only looking at around a 200lb increase over your current weight with the additional electric jacks, bracing and wiring. view full answer...
Hey Nor,
The 2" dimension on the Square Direct Weld Jack w/ Footplate # TJD-8000 is the outer dimension of the inner tube that has one slot for the drop leg to attach to. view full answer...
Hey Edgar,
I've attached a diagram below that should have all the measurements you need for the mounting brackets of the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # TJSCHD-24-4. The brackets are about an 1/8" thick. view full answer...
There's unfortunately not a guide to tell us the sizing of your trailer's jack pads so you'll want to measure and note the shape of each pad. I've run into numerous situations where the front and rear pads were either different sizes or shapes to work with the space available.
The SnapPad # SN88FR you were looking at are designed to fit four 9" round pads and two 12" round pads. If you can let me know what your shape and dimensions are I'd be happy to pick out the correct package. view full answer...
There can be weight applied to the tow vehicle, so to measure tongue weight for weight distribution at a commercial scale, what you want to do is, with your vehicle and trailer fully loaded like you're headed on a trip, drive on to the scale with all 4 wheels of the truck and record the weight of the truck with the trailer attached.
Then unhook the trailer and jack up the trailer tongue so there is no weight on the hitch ball (make sure that the trailer jack is not on the scale). Record... view full answer...
I'm not 100% sure which floorplan of the 2024 Coleman Lantern LT you have, possibly the 17R. Regardless, the Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack - 2,500 lbs # JET-2500 will be more than enough for your travel trailer. Even the heaviest of the models wouldn't come close to 2,500 lbs of tongue weight. It wouldn't hurt to get the # JET-3755 if you wanted it to move a little faster but it isn't necessary. view full answer...
If the screws are fastened with nuts then a 3/8 inch size hole would work fine but if it's a self tapping screw I'd go with a pilot hole that's about 1/16 inch smaller in diameter. view full answer...
Hey Fred,
The etrailer Sleeve-Lock A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5196-B wasn't designed to be bolted on so I can not confirm that drilling and bolting it to the trailer tongue would be acceptable. I will say that most couplers designed to bolt on to the tongue in this weight capacity would use six 3/8" grade 5 bolts, with three bolts per side running horizontally.
If you'd like a coupler that is designed to be bolted on the Demco A-Frame Trailer Coupler w/ Jack Hole # DM14793-52 would... view full answer...
