Looking for the threaded rod on my 12000 lb jack it’s on a gator mare trailer and they say it a Pacific Rim jack it is stripped when you try to turn handle

Pacific Rim is the manufacturer of the RAM jacks. You can verify the Replacement Rod and Nut # TJD-12000-RODNUT you found is the correct part by confirming your jack is 3-1/2" by 3-1/2" square and the 1" rod is 17-3/4" long. If you have a different measurement on either please let me know.

Found my problem the big gear was jumping over the floating pin I lost the spine pin that is in the rod for the handle could I get a new spine pin
