If I understand correctly the measurement you are asking for, that is highly dependent on how you arrange the bikes and bike rack. If your objective is to identify and ensure clearance of the bike tires to the ground, then I can assure you that if properly loaded, the bike tires will not be lower than the bottom of the rack hitch. I can't say for sure if your bike's pedals will be an issue on the Saris SuperClamp EX # SA4025F because there really isn't a way to know without putting the bikes on it.
