Question:

Do you know the vertical distance between the hitch receiver and the lowest point of the mounted bike 3” fat tire on the rearmost bike? I need to see if the bike would ride high enough to clear our low slung flat towed in a turn. I use a dual receiver 8” and 3” rise Thanks

If I understand correctly the measurement you are asking for, that is highly dependent on how you arrange the bikes and bike rack. If your objective is to identify and ensure clearance of the bike tires to the ground, then I can assure you that if properly loaded, the bike tires will not be lower than the bottom of the rack hitch.
