There isn't a diagram available specific to the Tekonsha PowerTrac Brake Controller # 39523 but it uses standard brake controller wiring. The black wire is for 12V power to the controller, the red wire is for brake input from the vehicle and it gets connected to the cold side of the brake light switch (the wire on your vehicle that ONLY gets power when the brake pedal is depressed), the blue wire is for brake output to the 7-Way connector, and the white wire is for ground.

There unfortunately isn't a plug-and-play wire harness to connect your Hayes Syncronizer Trailer Brake Controller # HA81725 to your 2023 Ford Bronco so you'll have to use the universal splice-in wire harness # HA81789-HBC. This harness will need to be wired in the follow order:

Blue: Trailer brake output

No, the Custer Wireless LED Tow Bar Light # LIW-LDTL-7B would have to be in the motorhome 7-way in order to receive the traffic signals from the motorhome and send them to the light bar. If it was in the towed vehicle you wouldn't get a signal at all since the vehicle isn't running and sending anything to the 7-way.

It really doesn't matter where you install the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660, you'll just want to install it on fairly level ground. If you installed it on a hill where the trailer was at a different angle than the tow vehicle then it would affect the effectiveness of the friction bar and either be too tight or too loose.
