  • I checked with Stealth Hitches, and can confirm that the installation is going to be the same on the 2019 BMW X5 xLine or M Sport for the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Kit # SH25VR. The reason for that is because these vehicles share the same chassis, so there isn't going to be a difference. • To install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76288 on your 2020 BMW X5, you'll need to temporarily remove the bumper/fascia in order to get the hitch in place. • Advice for Removing Bumper on a 2005 BMW X5 to Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch 75492
  • It will take some pulling to get the bumper fascia off once you have removed the six fasteners. Try wiggling it a bit as you pull backward on it, as there are likely some internal plastic clips that you cannot see holding it in place. You should feel or hear them pop out as you pull the bumper back.
