Thule no longer makes the TH460R Podium feet and have redesigned their entire roof racks so you would not be able to adapt a Podium rack to fit either vehicle. The current foot style is the Evo feet which uses a different fit kit design.

There is not a replacement lid for a trailer vent that measures 13-3/8" by 13-1/8" so the only option I can give you is to replace your entire vent. The vent opening would need to be re-sized a bit to make it larger, but this will give you the standard sized, 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" roof vent.

Hands down my favorite trunk mount rack is the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634 which fits your 2012 Audi A3 when you place the base pad 1" above the bumper and place the hub setting at 5. When I've seen review of people not liking this rack their complaint is usually about the difficulty of install but this only uses 4 straps as opposed to 6 straps that other racks use and the way the arms and body adjusts is much easier than other trunk mount racks I've messed with.
