I did some checking and it looks like the 2016 Audi A3 E-Tron models have the Sportback body design. We do have several trunk mount bike racks that will fit your A3.

If you want to carry 2 backs the Yakima FullBack # Y02634 is a great option. What makes this rack stand out from the others is the fact that it uses 4 straps to secure to the vehicle rather than 6 like most others. This makes installation easier and don't worry, it is still as secure as a 6-strap model! There is also a 3-bike version, # Y02633, that has all the same features but holds 3 bikes instead of 2.

Both racks feature ZipStrip straps/cradles which are quick and easy to use compare to other designs. Both racks also feature an integrated cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack and a steel-reinforced security strap to deter theft of the rack. If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
