Today we're going to be taking a look at part number 54209-018, this is the Wesbar LED utility light with a magnetic base. The auxiliary line is going to be perfect for agricultural, industrial, or recreational use. The head on it's going to be able to pivot, it's going to feature a bolt as well as a lock washer and a lock nut, so once you have that to the desired angle you can just go ahead and tighten that hardware down and it's going to secure the head in place to keep it from pivoting around. It's also going to withstand vibration, it's going to use some stainless steel hardware so it's going to be corrosion resistant. It's going to feature ten LEDs, it's going to offer many hours of bright, white light, it's going to consume 98% less power than similar halogen lights. It's going to feature the weather resistant construction, it's going to feature the black powder coated aluminum housing, it's going to make it very lightweight as well as rust proof. The magnetic base is going to let you easily attach the light without having to permanently install it.
It's going to feature that protective film that's going to guard against scratches on your mounting surface so you can leave that on there if you want to. The strong magnet is going to ensure that the light stays securely mounted vertically or horizontally even in high vibration conditions. Here on the back of the housing is a very unique feature, it's going to have the multiple channel design, this is just going to help the light to keep cool or when it does get warm it's going to help the light cool off quicker. We're going to have the nice coiled cord, this is designed to stretch up to 19'. It's going to have the 12 volt plug, it's going to work with your vehicle's accessory outlet, does not require any additional wiring.
It's going to feature the on and off switch located right there on the head of the plug. The coiled cable, it's going to be extra long so it's not going to tangle like non-coiled cables so it's a really nice design. When you're done using it it's very easy to bundle back up, makes for a compact storage option. Again, the rectangular face does pivot for ultimate adjustability. When it comes to the brightness, that's going to be 800 lumen. We're going to take a look at the dimensions of the face real quick and then we're going to plug it in and see how it works.
Measuring this direction, that's going to give us a measurement of about 4 5/16" wide. Measuring the raw height here of the face, that's going to give us a measurement of about 4" and then the depth, that's going to measure about 1 3/4". When it comes to the base, this is going to give us a diameter, about 3 1/8" and that's going to give us that thickness or a height of about 7/16". The overall height, that's going to give us a measurement, looks to be about 5 1/4" and again your cable length is going to be 19' long. I'm going to go ahead and plug this in to our power source, then we'll turn off our overhead lights, and turn our light on. You can see here it's a nice, bright light.
Sends out a strong, consistent signal. The LEDs are going to have a very quick response time. Again, this just offers a really strong signal, it's very bright light, send out that nice white light, and it's got a nice spread to it as well. Again, this light's going to contain ten LEDs so again, it's going to offer many hours of bright light. LEDs are going to be much more efficient, they're going to last longer as well as burn brighter when compared to halogen or incandescent bulbs. That's going to do it for today's review of part number 54209-018, this is the Wesbar LED utility light with a magnetic base. .

After the 3rd time etrailer did not want to replace it and gave me a refund.
Everything was great besides the Weber led light , first time I used it the cord cracked in a million pieces and now all the wires are exposed .
I use the light on my tractor or side by side, when I need lighting to complete jobs and daylight runs out.
The light itself has performed very well, nice and bright. Good coverage. In a years time, I have had to replace the fuse once already. However, the biggest gripe is the casing on the power cord is falling apart in several places leaving the inner wires exposed. See the attached photos. Pretty poor quality there. I use the light on the rear of my Jeep to shine into my utility trailer to unload it after dark.
I used 2 lamps on my truck, on the beach for evening Razor Clam digs. Everybody can see me coming.
Really bright. It stays in my truck for emergencies!

On the one hand I love it. It's mounted on my cab and points backwards so I can see my boat when I leave in the dark.
The cord is awful, has some cheap sheathing that comes apart all over your cab. So 3 stars, better cord and it would be 5 stars.
Well built and works good. My order was shipped timely and well packaged.
All the outside coating started breaking off after about 2 months of using. Not using any more because of safety conscerin’s. The light it’s self did worked good.
Can believe the quality at this price! Strong magnetic base. Long coiled heavy cord (about8 ft). Lighted plug in has no/off switch. I bought two for each of my trucks. These will be great for road side repairs! Super bright, perfect working size.

One year, light still performs above expectations!
The power cord insulation totally peeled off after 1-2 months. Really poor quality.
I purchased the LED Trailer Utility Light for emergencies when out and about on the roadway. After purchased, tried it, and it worked well. It has been in my emergency kit stored in the bed of my pick-up ever since. I feel confident that it will work the next time I need it and it gives me comfort to know that I have it for the purpose for which it was purchased.
Excellent product in quality and functionality. It is and does what you say. And that's rare.
This is my second order from you folks and I'm very impressed with your care about the follow-up of the order and the quality of the products you sell.

Great, good quality products will last in the test of time.
These lights were purchased so I could load and unload my trailer at night. The magnetic base allows me to move them any where on the trailer. They are perfect for what I needed. The 12V receptacle has an on/off switch built in so I can leave them connected to the battery and turn them on when I need. I put a solar charger on top of my battery box and it keeps the battery fresh so it too is available anytime I need it.
Seems to be great for the purpose. I got this for my work truck that I plow snow with. One that I cannot modify. So this is acts as a reverse light so I can see behind me much better then the stock reverse lights. What I don't like is that fact the cord isn't as long as I would prefer. The details say it is 19' long. That may be before the cord is coiled. but there is no way it will stretch that far without damage. Ideally it would reach to the back corner of the bed while pugged in. But I think this will be useful in my other trucks, trailers and other needs. So far, I think this will work out well. I just may have to modify it slightly.
Appears to be great deal for the price ($5.22). Light is brighter than expected - appears brighter than 800 lumens. It has a spot/flood light distribution. Lens does not get hot. Very strong magnet. Cable is long enough to reach around truck. Might use the lights as temporary flood/spot driving lights mounted to top of cab while driving off road. A little heavier than expected, but not a big deal at all. On/Off switch is a nice feature. Would like to see a Wattage/Amp rating. I'm estimating around 6 to 10 watts and less than 1 amp?
Bought two of these for Grand Daughters Horse Trailer. Nice and bright and can hang anywhere. No need to hold flashlight that you couldn't find or so dim you can't see.
Also bright enough so oncoming cars can see you as many just go by even with reflectors up. Great light at a great price.
Well made product, the magnet base with the protection pad is a great idea.
Light is very bright and the 19' coiled cord is very useful.

Very good, sturdy light and the base is very strong. The light is very bright and the coil cord makes the unit very easy to move to various locations
Ehh, it works ok, but coiled cord peeled first time it was stretched a little. Housing seems to operate a little warm for an led light. Would've preferred a longer cord and more led lights, but this was only magnetic one I could find. It works, but overall I'm not impressed for the cost.
This light is very well made. The coiled cord is heavy and the switch built into the plug is a nice feature. The magnet on the base is strong. The light is bright. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was it didn’t flood out as much as I would have liked it too.
Overall a nice light. Would recommend.
Unit is well-constructed, worked perfectly out of the box. Magnet is powerful, permits use on vertical or overhead surfaces. Light output is excellent. Good product at reasonable price. Plan on using underneath vehicles when spraying corrosion inhibitors.
I gave this product a high mark for its ruggedness, adequate light and price. Will have one onboard my boat and one in the truck. A great tool in the box. I also like the long cord and on off switch. I am a happy camper again w/etrailer !!
It works great. Use it when I am setting up my 5th wheel at night or working on vehicle when light is poor
This light is bad a$$..... Great for locating camp sights and other uses are lighting up your trailer when unloading at night... A really awesome light in the arsenal of easy working tools.

I am sorry that this happened. I am not sure how that could have happened, but luckily, there is a 1 year warranty on this. Let me get you over to our customer service department to get you a replacement.
