Hi there, truck and RV owners. Today we're going to be taking a look at Griots easy detail wheel and tire brush. Before we get our brush all dirty here, I just wanted to cover a couple of the details. The bristles on it are made of a nylon, which is not going to scratch any of the paint on your vehicle or the chrome on your wheels. But it's going to be strong enough to be able to get that dirty or mud and brake dust off of those wheels.The stem is going to be flexible and bendable, and you can see it's going to maintain its shape so you can get around edges and into tight spaces that you have depending on the wheel design. And the entire handle and outside of the assembly here is going to be coated in a rubber to also protect your vehicle from any scratches or abrasions.There is a pommel here at the bottom to protect your hand for when you're getting that brake dust off your spokes, going down in there.

If you go too far, that pommel is going to hit so you don't accidentally get any little cuts or things on your fingers.So we're going to go ahead and get her wet now. We're going to get all this mud and debris off of here. So we're going to start by just knocking off the bulk with our hose, and then we'll get off anything that's not going to come off easily with our brush.So now we've knocked off the bulk, we can take our brush and we're going to finish up whatever the hose's left behind. And I like it because the tip has a small little end on it there. We can kind of put a little angle on our brush and it gets down in between the grooves of our tread here to help us get out this thicker mud.I've been scrubbing on trying to get the mud off here for a while, and it does an okay job, but I found that the flexibility of it kind of makes it not as good as some other competitors that have a solid handle bristle brush for getting off a lot of heavy mud.

It did work there, but you can see there is still some left behind, and I still got some more work to do.But where it really does shine is getting inside the grooves here on your wheels, getting these cleaned out. You can really get up in there. You can get around and behind them, get them cleaned out with the flexibility.So for a wheel cleaner, it's absolutely fantastic. For a tire cleaner, it's great for lighter dirt that you got on there. But if it's really heavy duty, you might want to consider something more robust than this.
