Today we're going to be taking a look at the Swagman Journey Storage Rack for Stand-Up Paddleboards and Surfboards, part number S65142. This Swagman wall-mounted storage rack allows you to carry your paddleboard or surfboard on the wall and off the ground. It features 4 pads, 2 on each arm. You've got 1 here at the bottom coming up and 1 here at the top. Those are going to protect your board's finish. We've also got a strap going over the top on each arm.
The strap itself is a cinch strap and goes back to the wall mount, and it helps keep your board in place. The height of the cradle is 16" tall and has an opening of 19" wide. It has 100-pound weight capacity and has a limited, lifetime warranty. Let's go ahead and remove the board so I can show you the space-saving cradles. When not storing your board, simply come over here, we'll pull the pin and our cradles fold in place up against the wall. The Swagman Journey comes with everything you need to install it.
It comes with 8 wall mounting screws and these plastic anchors, so we can mount it to cement or cinder block. Our mounting brackets come with these spacers to help keep our foam padding from touching the wall so it doesn't rip or tear. Keep in mind, when you're installing the storage rack system, you want to make sure that your screws are in a secure location such as a stud. You'll also want to make sure that there isn't any electrical wiring behind your screws.
