Level of customer service amazed me. There was one small item that was not delivered and I actually received a call from someone who is involved in shipping it. It was taken care of quickly and everyone at etrailer bends over backwards to help. Really great company.
Excellent service and super fast shipping. Etrailer is awesome to deal with! Installation was fairly straightforward and easy. Airbags seem to be of very good quality.
I watched the installation video which was very good. The instructions that came with the product were also great. My 2019 Ram 2500 has very large tires and thank god my Son was here to help me. He did the heavy lifting. Installation went very smooth. The only problem was one of the nipples that screw into the bag leaked. I tried tightening it but that did not work. I ended up removing it and putting some yellow gas tape on it and reinstalled. It did not leak after that. I also installed a cigarette lighter in the bed of the truck and the inflation nipples nearby. I may install an inflation kit in the future but this manual method works for pulling my 5th wheel every month or so.
Have dealt with e trailers on many occasions never disappoint with their customer service and support.

I am very happy with the 7500 XL airbags I purchased from etrailer. The quality of the product was exceptional, the kits included everything I needed for the complete installation, and the instructions that were supplied with the kit were very specific in detailed. I've been in the trucking business all my life, and I know what works and does not work when it comes to supporting weight efficiently and safely. This kit met all my expectations and I recommend it to anyone who would need the extra support.
It is a very good system, it has performed as expected. The compressor is a little loud, but it runs so little, it’s not a problem!

I am very pleased with the product and how it performs.
When I enquired about shipping due date due to snow storm delays, my order was located and delivered so quickly.
Installed at Dodge dealership. And made hauling four horses over the same week safer and more comfortable for me!
Well made. Excellent for improving ride quality under heavy load. Install took about 3 hours.
Just got them today and they are already installed! Super easy installation and they look amazing, can't wait to put some weight on them to see how they perform!
Showed up quickly. Instructions are easy to follow. Well constructed product that will definitely assist in towing and hauling heavier loads.
Easy install if you know how to use tools. You will need tall jack stands to do it right. The most frustrating part was running the air lines because I had to drop the spare tire. All in all it was a fun job

I installed these and the air compressor kit a year ago on the same day. It did take all day because I’m slow but it was an easy job.
I put them on my Ram 2500 so I could pull our 45’ 5th wheel toy hauler and they still working great.

Just installed them and they seem to work fine for way less $ than my local shop.
The kit is very nice. The only issue was the button head screws 3/8-24 button head hex was so tight. I had to tap a stubby hex socket into each screw to install them.

I have been using these 7500 lb airbags for a year now and have about 5 or 6,000 mi on them. Theyve done everything Ive expected them to do and Ive had no problems with them. There was obviously an adjustment period trying to decide how many pounds of pressure to put in them for my particular RV unit. Once I settle down on that, the entire rig road nice and level and was very stable. So far I have found no fault or drawback to these auxiliary suspension bags and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the extra support.
