I recommend the Firestone 7,500 lb Ride-Rite Label Air Helper Springs part # F2706 for the 2019 Ram 2500 because of their durability compared to the Air Ride Helper Springs part # AL57589. Both of the brands have a 7,500 lb capacity like you mention however they are constructed differently. The Firestone bags are constructed of 4 layers of rubber compared to the 2 layers of the Air Lift springs. The Firestone bags also use a crimp rolled seal to keep the bags anchored compared to the Air Lift springs that use a metal band.

I also recommend to add the compressor system Firestone Air Command II part # F2168 so you can inflate and deflate the bags from the cab instead of stopping at a gas station for air or carrying around a bulky compressor with you in the truck. The Air Command II is a dual path compressor so you can inflate each side of the bed individually if you need to.

why is the 2706 not compatible with the 2019 3500 but the 2710 is listed as compatible? I have a 2019 3500 SRW 8' bed and have a 42' fifth wheel WVWR 16K triple axle 7K each. 2710 the correct one to level up my rear box?

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs # F2710 is the correct system for the rear axle of your Ram 3500 and is compatible with 5th wheel rail brackets. They will work perfectly to raise up the rear so you aren't sagging with the trailer attached. The Firestone # F2706 mentioned above is only designed to fit the 2500 models.
