How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the BullRing sidewall anchor kit for your 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500. So adding the BullRing gives you nine additional tie down points, so you can use a cargo net bungee cords, so just about anything that has hooks or uses a tie down to secure the load on the inside of your bed. Your BullRings have 1,000 pound weight capacity, so that's gonna give you a lot of extra capability as far as securing things in the bed of your truck. Installation is super easy. All you're gonna need is a flathead screwdriver or a trim panel removal tool. I suggest getting one of these guys just because they'll keep you from scratching your paint.
You're just gonna get underneath this cap and just pop it right up. From here, I found that loosening your screw a little bit, that loosens up the brackets on to get it into the hole a little easier. And then you just drop it right in. Now, you just take your Phillips head screwdriver faster down. And once it's tightened, you're able to lock your BullRing out.

Haven't had reason to use them yet but they look like they would spread a load over more sheet metal than the OE tie-downs
I can see a use for a straight angle as an option. I frequently keep a strap running between the two points closest to the tailgate just to keep smaller loads from sliding out of reach. Straight loops would not apply a torque to the bedside when loaded that way.
Easy to install, but watch the 2 1/2 minute video on u-tube. I started off wrong, but the video showed me where I ran off the tracks.
Watched a video on how to install them and it was fairly easy once I figured out much to unscrew them for slack and the best angle to get inner anchor plate to catch. Overall simple and only took a couple minutes for each one. I would have given 5 stars if they were locking. However, in their defense, I couldn't find any on the market that did lock.
I’ve just installed these anchors and have not used them yet. The installation was straight forward, taking only 15 minutes to install all 9.
Removing the screw first, makes the installation a snap.
The anchors are of good quality and once I have a chance to use them I may be able to boost the rating to 5 stars.

Great product,the only thing is in the video,the installer says don't remove the screw,well I listened to him and fought with it for a bit,so I removed the screw and the tie down just wiggled right in,put the screw back in and no problems
