  The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12239 is a confirmed fit for the 2005 Buick Lacrosse. You will use a fishwire to move the carriage bolts and spacers though the access holes in the frame rails to their location.
