I have a different option for you, but the only trailer hitch receivers confirmed to fit your 2002 Buick Century all have a 1-1/4" receiver.
With that said I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12239 you were looking at as it is a confirmed fit for your Buick, and with it being made in the USA you can be assured that it is a quality hitch.
Now it looks like you were looking at hitch mounted cargo carriers. I recommend going with the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # C18110 which will be a great option that allows you to carry up to 300lbs of cargo. To keep your cargo secure I recommend using ratchet straps # ETBMB-05852.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # C12239 and video reviews of the other products mentioned for you to take a look at.
