Great package, good video for install, I would suggest to order some clips for the wheel trim, I had a couple break.
Install was really quick and easy with everything I needed. I did not purchase the light kit, my wife is only using this for a bike rack so I didn’t need it.
This was the 2nd hitch I’ve bought through etrailer, the first was for my sportwagen, also a great kit, and glad I returned for this.

Its been a year we have been using this to tow around a 15 foot Whaler and the hitch has been great. Original install was straight forward. Took me a couple hours taking it slow and deliberate.

Im sorry to see that your hitch has received some scratches on it due to shipping. This does tend to happen and when it does, we recommend using a Rust-oleum type paint to cover up any scratches and prevent corrosion in the future during use. I have a link below for your reference.

Great hitch. Very robust and pretty easy to install. Video from etrailers helped out a lot to get through it. Pictures on website are an exact match to how the job turns out. More care with packaging would be better though. Paint rashed and scuffs on parts of the hitch due to it poking through the box upon delivery.

This is a very well made piece of equipment. Sometimes when adding something to your car it doesn't align, is crooked, or has other issues. This was perfect and the written and video instruction was great. I highly recommend this hitch for a Stelvio.
