etrailer had fast delivery, great product at the right price. I had zero experience installing a hitch. What I liked best were the detailed instructions with pictures .. I knew exactly what to do when the hitch arrived in a few days. I had it on in about an hour. Will use them again!
Easy to install. You will need a few different sockets and extensions. A ratcheting wrench will be very helpful. See the video on youtube before you begin. Even though this is a "no drill" hitch, you do have to drill out an existing hole to pass through the included carriage bolts. I recommend getting a step drill bit up to 1 1/8" rather than using a cutting tool. Overall a very good product, great price and very fast shipping.

After one year of use nothing has changed. Installation remains tight. I am pleased with the quality of this product. Only thing of note for this model Nissan, if you have automatic braking you need to disable this feature to back up if you have a rack connected.
I love the product, but the directions were a bit confusing. Found it easier to go on YouTube and watch the etrailer instructional video and it all made perfect sense.
Nice hitch, fit on our Nissan Rogue perfectly and looks great. We also bought a bike rack and had no problems attaching it to the hitch.
Amazing fit . Easy to install and I use it every weekend for trailers and racks had to make one hole a little bigger to get the bolt in place but it was easy
I was having a difficult time locating a hitch for my 2017 Nissan Rogue, that is till I found etrailer. Not only did they have it in stock, but at a great price! ordering was quick and easy, was at my door in 3 days via UPS, box was in perfect shape, no damage at all! They even had step by step videos on their web site and step by step instructions in the box! Installation was was a snap, had it on in an hour, thanks etrailer !

Works and looks great, am very satisfied with it and recommend to everyone who ask about it!
Etrailers was recommended by the parts supervisor at the dealership we buy our cars from. It lived up to everything he said it would. We purchased this hitch to put on my daughters Rouge Sport for her bike rack. My son and I installed it in under an hour and it has worked perfectly. Ordering was a breeze, instructions were clear. This was so easy I don't think I will ever pay big money to buy a hitch and have it installed again!
Item is nice, as expected - have had good experience with Draw-Tite hitches in the past, this is my 4th or 5th, however the condition which I received it was a bit surprising as this particular one was pretty banged up, obviously prior to packing, etc. Lot's of scratches, paint chips.

One year later - the hitch has worked well for its intended purpose bike rack, however blemishes I previously covered up with black paint are already rusting through. This is mainly on poor paint application areas near the reciever, NOT including the aforementioned chips and scratches. Also this is on a vehicle which doesnt see much of inclement weather either retiree driven. That said Id have to rate the overall finish at a D or D-, which I again find surprising for Draw Tite.
I wanted something that was made for my vehicle with no modifications and easy to install, I got that with this product. Thx so much!
Great product. It's built well and has the right features. It looks great on the car. I suggest that they bundle a simple sub $10 BLACK hitch cover with these products. That way there is a default cover you can immediately use until you buy a custom hitch cover.

Very pleased. I had it attached at my local service station. Took them about 30 minutes. Not hard to do but if you don’t have the proper tools much better off having it done by a professional.
Bought this trailer hitch for my wife's Nissan Rouge sport. We only installed the hitch so that she can use her bike rack on the car. We have never used it to pull a trailer. Was easy to install and works perfectly for our needs.

This hitch is awesome. It is not the typical rusted ugly visible hitch frames you see that are put on by rental centers. It recesses up inside the rear frame and is invisible except for the hitch receiver. It took about an hour to get it in with two people. Get this hitch!
I was very satisfied with the response of ordering and shipping. I would order again from trailer.
Bolted up with only minor modifications to the body of the car that was easily done at home, installed in 2 hours and works excellent. Used it many times to haul 4 bicycles and a Yakima rack.
In general the hitch quality is good. Installation generally easy to medium hard. Manufacturer assumes extra parts needed will already be on vehicle, this is not the case. Would buy again with caution as to specifically fix vehicle installation.

It isn't quite a "no drill" install though. You must use a die grinder or step drill to enlarge a hole in the frame to 1 1/8" to install the drivers side bolts and backing plates. Other than that, a straight forward bolt on.
The trailer hitch received was as described and it has been installed on the vehicle and fits the 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. I am pleased with this purchasing experience.
It works great!! It rattles a little on my car but the setup of it really works well on my Nissan Rogue Sport. Pulling a small kayak trailer with no problem.
Easy to install, did it alone in about 30 minutes. Love the look and the install video on the website.
It was a little difficult to install at first. Then i discovered that the hitch mounting had been damaged in shipping.
I adjusted the bracket on it went on with no problems.
drawtite hitch did not line up , returned item ,must say though great staff at etrailer made it very easy to return, very helpful & would do business with them again.
