The combination of an e-coat base and a powder coat finish provides excellent rust protection.I recently purchased this hitch and related wiring accessories from etrailer for my 05 Hyundai Tucson. Following the included installation instructions I found the hitch easy to install. Total install time including the wiring adapter was approximately 1.5 hours without rushing.
ordering from the E Trailer website was simple, finding what I needed was eazy
with plenty of installation videos. delivery was on time, and everything was within my budget customer service was very help full and nice.
I looked at local sellers of receiver hitches and didn't find any for my Kia Sportage. I am glad I didn't, because when I searched the internet and found Etrailer, I found an exact match for my vehicle. Also very important, I would not have known how to lower the muffler system to get a hitch in place! I really appreciate the great step by step video that showed me how to install the receiver. I had it completely installed the afternoon I received it, working in my driveway. Thanks for making it easy for an 82 year old guy!
Great product, received hitch exactly The day they said it would come. Hitch bolted up perfectly with no problems whatsoever. Now I could put my bike rack on and have fun. After one year trailer hitch that looks like brand new. Works great no problems with attaching the bike rack. I recently just ordered a Thule bike rack Through E trailer and again came on time perfect working order bolted up to hitch perfectly. Will always use a trailer for any future purchases I will tell all my friends what a great experience with working with E trailer company. Thank you again

It’s great! No coming loose of anything. Really high quality product. Also, one year and still no rust. Happy about that.
By adding this Hitch Receiver to a used vehicle we just acquired, it will allow us to transport our bikes on the same rack we use on our other vehicles that already have a Hitch Receiver. It was surprisingly easy to self install. Thanks for the exceptional customer service.
My trailer hitch and parts needed came to the house quickly. Very Heavy duty. Assembly went smooth with instructions for my 2006 Kia Sportage. The trailer light harness is spot on, I found one of etrailer's videos on installation for my vehicle. I will be pulling my cargo and small camp trailer very soon.
This hitch is solid as a rock, and fits like a glove! Super impressed by how good it looks, too!

Everything is good with the hitch...no problems at all
Install was easy. Everything fit just right. Added locktite to the bolts just to be sure. Plan on using to tow a small utility trailer and a bike rack.
Jennifer, your help in expediting shipment is very much appreciated and the hitch arrived on time. Thanks! One major problem. The bolts on the Kia were not long enough and the mechanic had to purchase longer bolts in order to install the hitch. Would be a small cost to your company but a major time lost for the mechanic. Thought you should know this.
The hitch came next day. Everything needed for a speedy installation was all n the box and everything fit perfectly without any adjustments. It works well. Thanks for just the right parts and advice!
