Is There a Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Compatible With a Roll Pan Rear Bumper?
It appears you are going to have to fabricate a receiver using the 2" Weld-On # E17 on your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with a roll pan. Curt verified their Receiver # C13320 will not fit with a roll pan and they do not have any other receivers that will fit with a roll pan. The nice thing about fabricating a receiver with the weld-on is you will be able to cut out the section with the license plate to hide the receiver. Trailer Hitch Fit for 2003 Dodge Ram 1500
Thank you for the photo; due to the beam that hangs there isn't going to be a way for hitch # C13320 to install properly on your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 because the beam will interfere. Instead you can use the Draw-Tite hich # 75135 which has a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs and towing capacity of 5,000 lbs and bolts onto the beam underneath your bumper. This hitch will work UNLESS you have a rollpan bumper on your Ram. Should that be the case you will need Curt hitch # 13326.

2002 Dodge Ram 1500 Fitment with Curt Trailer Hitch
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13320 doesn't have a dimensional spec sheet readily available, but I can say that if everything on your 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 is factory then this will fit just fine. The only restrictions on fitment with this hitch is that the truck has to have a 6' bed and the factory trailer hitch (if equipped) will need to be removed in order for this hitch to fit.
