This universal-fit towing mirror expands your field of vision so you can better see your trailer or anything else that is behind you. The ratcheting strap system creates a snug fit to reduce vibration. The mirror can be installed on the driver's-side or passenger's-side mirror on most vehicles.
The towing mirror can be easily installed and removed. No tools are necessary. The hooks on the nylon straps will grab the outer edge of your factory mirror housing.
The cushioned feet can be adjusted to fit your factory mirror housing.
Simply twist the hand knob on the end of the mirror to tighten the nylon straps and secure the mirror to your factory mirror.

Second time using it fell off my car and smashed in road. Thank goodness it did not hit another car. The foam pads slid off and you can not get a good grip. I returned and they are sending me same one, because it was after 30 days.
Fit mostly well on vehicle. Have not used on road yet. Time will tell
Unfortunately, the mirrors do not work great on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is difficult to get them tight/snug on my mirrors, and they loosen as you drive, making it necessary to always be moving your head too much to get a good view in the mirror. I do not know if this is because of the shape of the mirrors on the Jeep. They may work better on other vehicles.
Unhappy with the way this mirror mounts to our 2003 Ford van. It will not stay tight. Many hours of pulling over, and ajusting. I belive e-trailer should suggest a different alturnative to the CTM2500 custom mirror. I will be returning them this week, Thankyou,Gil Ruehmeier
The strap works fine and is holding up.
There is a big problem with the three mounting pads. The stick-on pads included in the kit don't stick on only for a short time. Without them the device will slip. Do you have a better stick-on pad. f not, please send me some of the others.
These are rather flimsy, but did serve their purpose. We have a 35 foot 5th wheel and it is very hard to see behind it in changing lanes. These mirrors were helpful.
The mirrors provide excellent view of the trailer being towed. That being said they produce a humming sound from the wind. They also tend to slide down gradually as you drive because the gripper pads do not stay adhered to the feet. They seem to work well for short trips. Anything over an hour and you will need to pull over to adjust them.
Terrible! They sent me two different mirrors. One had a stronger magnifying mirror than the other. Lots of vibrations. Don’t waste your time or money on this product. I tossed them both.
Pretty goodAfter trying numerous towing mirrors, these are by far the best for the money. They shake slightly, but nowhere near enough to affect vision. What makes these great is you can adjust the mirror lense without adjusting the entire housing (like a factory mirror). I bought two. On one of them, the adjuster knob seems a little flimsy. The other is solid.
Worked ok on my Toyota Tacoma but are utterly useless on my Chevy Tahoe. They slide all around even with the straps ratcheted down as tight as possible. The other issue is that they are very difficult to remove once ratcheted down like this. I almost snapped the mirror on my truck trying to remove them. Would recommend only for someone that has smaller and very sturdy mirrors. They will leave marks on the mirror unless some electrical tape is applied under clip.
OK, difficult to installWe used these on our '02 Durango.
They worked OK, but were hard to install without messing up the regular mirror angle.
They do make a reed vibration, but if you twist the strap and connect, it prevents that. That is an old truckers trick to prevent vibrations of tie down straps.
Got this one for the right side. Been using one in the left for a while. Long as they mate to your mirrors they are great. Pretty universal but still might not work on some mirrors. Very good product for a very reasonable price.
I ordered a pair of these for my 2005 Dodge Durango and they work very good. These are a great solution for tow vehicles that dont have factory tow mirrors
CIPA - universal mirrorsDespite claims - any distance off paved roads and even on rough pavement, the mirros move out of position and are thus useless.
The idea is great, but appears they were not sufficiently tested in less than perfect conditions. Specifically, we have a 2005 Dodge Duranco and the adjustable legs simply do not adjust adequately to the mirror to keep them in place and in line, no matter how well tightened. On perfect smooth road they are fine, but as soon as there is even minor roughness they shift out of line.
Droops like crazyNo problems with noise for me- but the way these mirrors mount is not secure. It relies on tension in the strap to hold its three legs against the tow vehicle's mirror. Unfortunately, most of the mirror's weight is outboard of those three legs, and the thing droops like crazy. We will be supplementing the mounting system with a bungee or two.
Does not stay putI also have had to put up with the *reed* whistle, annoying but tolerable (will try twisting the strap next use). You do have to exercise caution when attaching to vehicle mirror. The clip hooks can interfere with the vehicle mirror adjustment. I also found that no matter what I tried, with all 3 feet firmly on the back of my mirror and the straps as tight as possible the mirrors would gradually move around to the point they were unusable. (Lexus RX350 SUV) speeds 60 to 70 MPH
laying in the garage because they didn't work, I plan on using it to fill the space in the bottom of my trash can.
Could not adjust mirror inward to even see my trailer. The big kicker was the clips that hold it on the mirrors of my tacoma chipped the chrome off. That really sucked!
There are a lot of mirrors out there that are ill fitting which result in poor performance (shaking, rattling, poor adjustment and even falling off the vehicle). I have found this mirror to be the best for my vehicle. It secures to the mirror extremely well, holds true for great visibility, made very well and has multiple adjustment points to fix the mirror right where you want it. The design of this mirror makes it easily adjustable to fit just about any mirror out there. I am extremely happy with this mirror and would highly recommend it.
Product order and shipment were same day! Excellent fit, no vibrations, and no noise! Thank-you leo
I have not used the mirrors yet, however, after mounting them they seem a bit loose. Probably just me and I hope to update/upgrade this rating after their use.
Ordered product standard delivery USPS on 9/22 at 4P.M. and received it on 9/24 in the afternoon mail.
Great service. Best I have had on the internet.
NoiseyIn centain wind conditions. Usually right angles to the wind, the straps vibrate resulting in loud reed sound.
I could not get the mirrors adjusted for them to be any help whatsoever. I went back on line to try to view the "how to use" video again, but now I do not even find the product on your web site.
Basic product seems good. The suction pads could be a bit better- my MBZ. mirrors are very roundy at the outer edge, and the devise is a bit tricky to tighten enough to seat all 3 pads. Haven't driven with them yet, but hoping they stay put!

Check out the CIPA 7070 or the K-Source KS3891. They are universal fit mirrors that attach a bit differently.
