Comparing K-Source KS3891 and Cipa 40375 Universal Fit Towing Mirrors on 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:

My tow vehicle is a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Which mirror would you recommend and why? I pull a 24foot travel trailer.

Both mirrors would work on your Grand Cherokee, but I always recommend the K-Source # KS3891 over the Cipa 11960 (which is our part # 40375) because of the way the mirrors attach to the vehicle's factory mirrors. The K-Source mirror uses 2 ratcheting rubber straps for a tight fit that's allows minimal vibration. Combine this with the mirror's light weight, the mirror is not going to move around, it'll stay where you put it. This is why our customers rate this mirror so highly.

The Cipa mirror looks better, more substantial, but according to some of our customer reviews the mirror can droop. The single mounting strap doesn't hold the tow mirror as firmly to the factory mirror as the K-Source dual strap setup does.

If you click the provided link, you can see the K-Source mirror being installed on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
