Note: Tie-down anchors must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the anchors being used. For example, if you are using anchors with a WLL of 100 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 400 lbs, then you need at least 4 anchors to safely secure that load. Today we're going to be taking a look at part number B4292100, these are the Bestop HighRock 4x4 D-Ring Shackles. They're made from a cast-steel construction with a nice zinc plating so you don't have to worry about rust or corrosion, they're going to stand up to those items really well. The shackles are going to have a diameter of 3/4 of an inch. Both your shackles are going to be the same, two shackles included with this part number. We're going to have the screw-pin design, it allows for easy mounting. Diameter of the screw-pin's going to measure 7/8 of an inch.
Very easy installation over your HighRock 4x4 bumper shackle mounts so you don't have to worry about drilling or anything. They can be applied to other applications as well. They're going to be perfect for use with recovery straps and other related equipment, they are sold in pairs. We're going to have a rated capacity, free shackle, of 9,500 pounds. Again, the pin diameter on the unit is going to measure 7/8 of an inch so these are compatible with 7/8 inch shackle mounts. One other measurement I'm going to give you real quick is just the opening that we have.
Just going to be taking the measurement from this point here, to this point here, that's going to give us an opening of an inch and a quarter. That's going to do it for today's look at part number B4292100.

Have not used yet, will just keep in the vehicle in case needed.
You need these whenever you use a recovery strap. You connect and disconnect a recovery strap very easily by using these shackles. You need to consider buying these.
My order was on backorder for awhile but cole kept me informed on the status of my order until it was ready to be shipped. Really good service and as always great products.
