What's up everybody, it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be checking out this tire pressure gage from Bulldog winch. This is going to go all the way up to 200 psi, so it's going to be good for your cars, your truck, heavier trucks, SUVs, and even your bigger motor homes. It also has a bleeder valve on it, that way you can let some air out if that's what you need to do. Let's check it out. It works really easy.

Just going to turn on the gage, hit the on button, that way the display shows up there. Then we'll put this over the valve. Now you're going to have a two head system, so you can go straight on like this because it's easy to get to, but if it was a dually where the stem was back here and kind of out of the way, you could actually put that in there and pull back on it, and then still get a reading. So it really helps you out either way. So we're going to go back up here to this one, push that on, and you can see the readout is going to tell us 79.5 psi in this tire.

Something else to note when you're in this position, this is the bleeder valve I was talking about. So you're just going to push this, and it's going to let the air out of the tire. So in those situations where letting air out of your tires will help you, let's say you're going from a cold climate to a warm one, it's going to expand that tire and it'll be overfilled. So it'll be good to let that out, that way you have a better ride. Same thing with off-roading, if you're going off-roading in your vehicle, then you might want to let some air out, that way you can help you with your climb.

Now there's a few functions you can do with this, again I showed you the on button, turns it on and off. Says 200 for that's as max as it goes. You're going to hit the function button, and that's going to change the readouts. So it's going to change it from psi to the other ways of measurement, whatever you need it to be. You just hit that there, and then it's ready to go from there.

You have the battery life on the side, you see it's completely filled up. This is where you replace the battery back here, like two AAA batteries. So it's good that it at least has a warning to tell you where those are, so you don't have to do any guesswork. Now it also has a rubber sleeve around the outside. That way it's going to protect it if you drop it or anything like that. It won't be breaking or anything, it'll keep this from getting damaged. Along with the rubber outside, it's also protected, it's got brass here. So that's not going to rust or corrode on you, so that's going to hold up. You got the flexible hose it just gives you a little more reach where, if it's hard to reach in, like those dually tires I was talking about, this is just going to give you that maneuverability, that way it's not stiff and kind of hard to actually get a reading on anything you need it to be. The flexible hose makes it easy to kind of contort it and put it back in its case. It's not going to take up a lot of space, you just slide it back in here. Gave you that pouch. Got the hook and loop to keep it fastened, and you can just put it in your glove box or center console. It's out of the way, but it's there whenever you need it.
