Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Redarc 12 Volt Rogue Vehicle Management System. Now, this Rogue Total Vehicle Management System will allow you to control up to 10 onboard 12 volt devices. You'll be able to turn on or off your lights, your fans, water pumps, fridges, and other low powered loads. You can also dim your lights, or set them on a timer.
It will also include this distribution module with the wiring to install it. Comes with the display unit, the mounting bracket to install it, and the wiring for that. Even has a nice set of instructions that'll describe how this all hooks up and how it operates. Now, these units are a low profile design. You can see, very small, compact.
It's perfect for a truck, a van, or even a camper that you might have a limited space with. Now, on the distribution box, it offers two sensor inputs to allow you to measure tank levels, ambient temperature, and battery voltage. And also, eight switch inputs that'll let you add push buttons or rocker switches to control your accessories. And it will come with the wiring for all that. The display unit right here.
This will have a nice user friendly interface. And what I'm gonna try to do is, since we don't have it hooked up, I'm gonna zoom in a little closer, and just show you the insert they give you. It's like a quick start guide. But if you notice, there's an idea of what that display unit's gonna look like. It shows you some of the features.
And then, on the back, it talks about connecting it. Basically, they have a Red Vision mobile app that'll let you control, monitor, or run your diagnostics on your system from any smart device. You can connect the management system to Android or iOS devices via your Bluetooth. Now, all these parts here, they do have a temperature protection, which will let you operate the system in almost any climate. A few specs on this. We're gonna give you some dimensions. Talked about being low profile, so we'll give you the actual dimensions on the distribution box. If we measure the width on that, including the mounting tabs, it's just under 10 inches. So, about nine and seven eight inches wide. Width on them is about five and one eight inches. And the thickness of it is under an inch. About seven eights of an inch thick. And then, if we do the display, width on that it's right at seven inches. Height on it, it's about four and a quarter inches tall. And the depth on this is only about three quarters of an inch. And again, you have your mounting bracket that this will mount drop into wherever you're gonna mount it, and comes with the wiring for the display. Now, the power input voltage is nine to 16 volts. Maximum currents 40 amps. Maximum output voltage, 10 amps. And the operating temperature, minus four degrees Fahrenheit, up to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. But that should do it for the review on this Redarc 12 Volt Rogue Vehicle Management System.
