The included power adapters make this TV perfect for RVers who camp at several different RV parks and off-the-grid camping spots. The AC to DC adapter gives you AC power (alternating current) for when you are hooked up to shore power at an RV park, which helps save the life of your generator or vehicle's battery. The cigarette lighter adapter gives you DC power (direct current) for when you're hooked up to your vehicle's battery so you can camp anywhere and not be restricted to RV parks.
This TV also has multiple connection points that let you hook up external devices such as a gaming console or laptop so you can access and view additional content.
Because of the limited space available in RVs, it can be difficult to determine the size of TV to purchase that, when mounted, will be seen clearly and without distortion. A good rule of thumb is to measure the TV's screen size (diagonally) and multiply that number by a range of 1.5 to 2.5. The table below shows the best minimum and maximum viewing distance from each TV size, in inches and feet.
Since this TV has a 19" screen, you will want to make sure that the space between where you will mount the TV and where you sit to watch it is between 2 feet 4.8 inches and 4 feet. At this distance, the TV picture quality will appear crisp and clear.
The VESA standard refers to the pattern of the mounting holes on the back of the TV. The holes are placed specifically for the purpose of indicating which mounting bracket to buy for that TV. The pattern is determined by measuring in millimeters from the center of one mounting hole to the center of the next mounting hole horizontally and then vertically.
If you can't or don't want to mount this TV to the wall, you can alternatively mount the 2 feet onto the bottom of the TV with the included screws. Then you can easily set the freestanding TV onto a table, counter, or anywhere else in your RV that you want to put it.

Would highly recommend this tv to any rv’ers who are looking for such a tv.
I like the TV a lot, It fits well in the desired location.
THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THE VOLUME IS TOO LOW EVEN AT MAX SETTING,IT'S DIFFICULT TO HEAR WELL, SO FAR HAVEN'T FOUND A CURE FOR THAT PROBLEM.
So far it's worth the higher price of cheaper options. Seems built sturdier. We mounted it in an offroad clamshell camper, so we needed something that could take some abuse. It's gone across country and still works great.
We bought this TV as an addition to the Over Cab area of our 2017 Leprechaun RV. We compared it to the Furrion but this one has 1080P where the Furrion is only 720P. The TV and DVD work great and the picture is clear and excellent. The sound works well enough and is loud enough for the over cab viewing. Ordering was fast and easy and it was delivered in two days. Very happy with our purchase.

I've heard of Etrailer for quite some time and now I have ordered from Etrailer and now I LIKE Etrailer.

Totally disappointed in this purchase. TV / DVD works, but the remote is huge with what seems like a hundred buttons. I’ve never seen a remote this complicated. The sound is terrible, and adjusting it takes a long swing from quiet to not loud enough. It takes a bunch of clicks to turn the sound down, or up. Just a bad purchase for the price.
Tv worked great on 12 volts from rv, unlike the one I purchased from a competitor!
This is the first time everything just tossed in box with no packaging including the tv first time

Very good service and the product is great. I didn’t try my tv because I have not finish the installation on my boat with the antenna on the top of the mast. But when I received the at home I have tried the dvd at home and the tv too. Good picture and easy to install.

I have been looking for a GOOD 19" TV that was 12V powered without inverter or rectifier to place the lowest draw on my house battery, and without a loud cooling fan(inverter), to replace my existing RV TV for several years. The Jensen is it! Having bought from you before, I was confident what you sold would be good stuff, and your pictures showed it had all the usual inputs and outputs. It was well packaged, came on time, had all the parts, and good instructions. Great picture and viewiing angle. My RV has surround sound, so can't comment on internal speakers. We take DVD movies from our local library to watch after supper, but overnight in a populated area we use the RV air antenna to catch up on weather forecasts and world events.
Received a new TV and the remote still does not work, no control over the volume.

You will need to press the TV button and then try the volume. If the light on the remote is red you are in TV mode if the light is blue then it is in DVD mode and the volume will not adjust.
Sound is very low, tried earphones but still the same issue. Very difficult to understand. All other aspects were very good.
Love it retro fitted it in the TV compartment in my motorhome. Fit's like a glove. Great picture and sound love the built in DVD player. It eliminates a extra component taking up space. Way to go etrailer you have pleased me again
The speaker is terrible and hard to hear! Unless you plan on adding your own external speakers don't buy this. Also, the remote is not very user friendly.
We enjoy this TV/DVD a lot. We mostly use it as a DVD player in our van and haven't had any problems with it. The volume and speakers are decent, not he loudest but adequate. We'll turn the AC off to hear it though (AC fan is just constant noise). The DVD loads from the side and faces backwards (so you load with the blank side towards you) which is a bit weird, but you get used to it. One other slightly quirky thing is, it would be nice if the TV/DVD controls just worked regardless of what you are "on" or trying to control. You have to hit TV to turn the volume up or down or turn the unit on... and then you have to hit DVD to use the play/pause/forward/etc buttongs. Picture quality is good as well. Would buy it again.

The TVDVD is still working well and no issues.
Like the product, but the screen failed after several hours. I give 5+ stars to etrailer for the warrantee service the gave me. Replaced quick and easy.

This TV is pretty potent for such a little guy. It's well built and fairly low profile. Quality wise, it measures up to Vizio's televisions in the same size, and even surpasses some of them! It's also capable of a good volume output and can be heard in other rooms. It does come with a stand, but as it's a little short, I would recommend mounting it. (It has 4 holes in the back for this purpose. They'll fit a large variety of mounting systems designed for small televisions) I would recommend connecting the power adapter first however, as the power port is in a somewhat awkward location. (Directly underneath the upper inside lip and just above where the stand ends when it is on) and can be very hard to reach once mounted. It should really be moved whenever the new model is designed. The rest of the ports are much more accessible.
I bought it for my RV, reviews said it would get good reception from an antenna. It does seem to pull in channels decent when available. Remote areas not so much and that is understandable. I also wanted it for the DVD player in case of bad weather you had an option of a movie if you wanted. The TV to the remote never worked good for us. I thought it was the remote they sent us a new one but it still doesn't work good so it must be in the TV itself.
Its the only Tv that fit in my RV and it do de job

Stil working good after one year.
TV works. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate how robust it is (placed in truck camper) but the service from etrailer was top notch!
TV was back-ordered and Anna made every effort to find an alternative product. I decided to wait and the original ordered TV came in by expedited delivery so it wouldn't be sitting on porch while I was away. This type of service is rare today - especially on-line!
Will be doing as much business with etrailer as possible going forward.
Nice product. Good picture, wall bracket mounting screws were included which is nice. DVD works well, easy to use. The volume could be a little louder but I have a small travel trailer so it's not a problem for me. I can run the audio through the existing sound system if needed.
It okay I thought this played usb movies It is mentioned it does and I can't seem to play it at all. Design as far as plugging things in bavk very tight

The Jensen LED RV TV with DVD Player does have a USB port built in to hook up video games or a streaming device. It is not compatible with a USB storage device.
Great picture, sound ok. It's a small TV with small speakers its not gonna have theater sound. I went into settings and turned the bass and treble all the way up and took it off of standard sound mode and put it on movie mode made a huge difference in sound. Also gotta remember to press the blue DVD button on the remote first before any of the other DVD only buttons on the remote will work.
I was pleasantly surprised that my RV antenna got over-the-air channels. It will be nice to see how well this works in the mountains. I will update this later.

Hm, I know it may not be helpful to hear, but it's hard to determine if the volume capacity for your unit is normal. I wonder if you could connect some additional speakers to help?
