Expert Reply:
If the Jensen LED 12V RV TV with DVD Player # JTV1917DVDC just keeps spinning when trying to load a DVD then either the disc is the issue or the DVD player. To test this you'll need to try the DVD in a different DVD player. If it loads right up then the disc isn't the issue and the DVD player is the problem. If the DVD won't load in another DVD player then the disc is the issue and you'll need to clean or replace it. There isn't much you can do to troubleshoot a broken DVD player besides reach out to the manufacturer, Jensen/ASA Electronics, for a replacement.
