Question:
Does this TV run on 12 volts ? Or is there an adapter that will give it that capability? Also how can you watch Netflix on this TV ? Or to be able to stream from your I Pad ?

The Jensen LED 110V RV TV part # JE2417 runs off of 110V not 12V. You could use the 110V television with a converter to convert the 110v to 12v.
I recommend Jensen LED 12V RV TV with DVD Player and AC/DC Adapters - 720P - 1 HDMI - 19" Screen # JTV1917DVDC that is powered by 12V. To watch netflix you would need to plug in a smart DVD player or media streaming device that includes the Netflix App to the HDMI connection point and have WIFI available.
