When you and your partner are ready to head out on the road for your camping trip, you can easily remove this snap-in mount from the wall bracket so that your TV won't fall to the ground and break during travel. Or if you're worried about your TV getting damaged or stolen during winter, you can just take it with you. When you get to the campground, or at the start of the season, simply snap it back into the bracket on the wall.
How to Measure Your TV for VESA Mounting Patterns
VESA is an industry standard for measurements given in millimeters used to mount TVs. Most modern TVs use this standard, but you need to know your TV's mounting pattern to select the correct mount. To find this pattern, use a ruler to measure the distance between mounting holes on the back. You can measure in centimeters, keeping in mind that 10cm equals 100mm.

If your TV's mounting pattern requires a different configuration, you can use one of MORryde's TV mount adapter plates (MR64RR, MR43ZR - sold separately) to get the right fit. The plates are installed on the mount to adapt for TVs that call for a 200 mm x 200 mm, 300mm x 300mm, or 400mm x 400mm VESA pattern. Be mindful of the mount's weight limitations.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this MORryde snap-in fixed TV Mount. This TV Mount is going to allow you to mount your RV's television to the wall and then easily remove it again when the off-season comes, you wanna take it into more climate-controlled environment. So the way this works, you can see this top bar here is spring loaded. So once we have our wall plate mounted, which will be very easy to do since there's nothing to obstruct our access to getting this mounted in place. We can then mount our TV portion onto the back of our TV, with the included hardware here, and then very easily just slide that up in place and then push up so that the spring bar engages and slides in and then it's mounted.
We do have two different VESA Compliant mounting patterns. Those patterns are the standard today in televisions. So they do include hardware for you to you utilize, either the 75 millimeter by 75 millimeter pattern or the 100 millimeter by 100 millimeter pattern. So depending on the size of your television, make sure that those will work for you. This does have a maximum load capacity of 25 pounds.
So again, make sure that your television is going to fit into that range. But if it does, it's gonna be very easy to get this all mounted in place. And then when you're ready to shut down for the season, you can simply just lift up on your television and slide it out and then take your TV where you need it to be. This bracket will be mounted on the wall ready for you when you come back again. Now, one thing I will note is that this bracket does need to be installed somewhere that can handle that weight.
So you wanna make sure that your wall is gonna be stable enough or that you reinforce it so that it can handle the weight of the television, as well as the bracket which is only probably three pounds, it's pretty light. So make sure that everything is gonna work well for you. As far as our dimensions go, for measuring our overall dimensions we're gonna have to take these bolts into consideration. So it's right about five and seven-eights, just shy of six inches wide. We're gonna have five inches tall.
And when we have it all put together, it's only about one and three-quarters of an inch deep. I'm trying to show that best for you there. It's about one and three-quarters of an inch deep. So again, it's not gonna take up much room and it's gonna be very easy to get mounted and it will provide a lot of benefits for you. The one downside to this is that this isn't going to tilt forward at all or from side to side. So you're really not gonna have much control over your viewing angle. So as long as you just need that straight on view at angle, I think this is gonna be a great option for you, make it very easy for you to put up and take down your television. And then this is gonna be nice and solid. So you're not gonna have to worry about it coming loose if you hit a big bump as you're traveling or anything like that. It takes quite a bit of force to get that to remove. So I think you'll be very happy with it. If you are looking for an easy way to remove your TV in the off-season.
