    No, Ed I am sorry it is not. I checked with Inno and their Tire Hold HD Bike Rack item # IN25RR is only rated to be used behind your standard motor vehicle. It isn't built strong enough to withstand the vibrations of being mounted behind a 5th wheel trailer or any kind of motorhome.     Hey John, I went through all of our bike racks and it looks like the closest rack we have is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR. This bike rack has as max weight capacity of 160 lbs, can handle a max tire width of 5", and will work with a max wheelbase of 60". Your length may be 79.5" but your wheelbase might still be within parameter, so I'd recommend measuring your wheelbase to be sure.

    You may be able to fully open the rear hatch on your 2022 Cadillac XT4 with the # IN25RR installed and your Specialized Globe Haul E-Bikes on the rack. Unfortunately, we have no way to be sure. If it does open it will be incredibly close. If you check out the videos below you will see we were unable to open it all the way on a 2023 Kia Seltos with a mountain bike with wider handlebars.     I reached out to Thule to get their input as the factory 2" hitch for the 2024 Subaru Outback is much different than anything I have ever seen. It appears that Subaru has just cut out the factory fascia rather than just manufacturing a replacement section for the rear fascia. Subaru said they have seen this and because of that none of their hitches like the Thule Helium Platform XT Bike Rack # TH53GC will fit.     Hey Randy, yes the Inno Tire Hold HD Bike Rack # IN25RR can work to carry bikes with fenders but they would need to be smaller fenders and not the longer ones you sometimes see like on cruiser bikes. Nearly all e-bike fenders will work with this bike rack.
