Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Jensen Recessed Mount 80 watt Indoor RV Speaker. Now, this indoor speaker will project sound from your TV or your radio inside your RV or camper. Uses a ported tuned enclosure. which will enhance your low and high frequency output and sound quality, and it is a 2-way acoustical design, features one Mylar dome tweeter and then two mid-range speakers. The dome tweeter right in the middle is a one inch diameter dome tweeter, it'll increase the high frequency sound distribution, and the two mid-range speakers on both sides, they are three inch diameter speakers, they'll reproduce the frequencies in between the high and low sound levels.

On the very back, if you noticed, it does have two pairs of input wires, so it'll allow you to connect additional speakers to boost your audio setup. It is a nice durable plastic chassis, up front, it uses a metal grill, and it is a simple bolt-on installation, you can see they do include the mounting hardware. And just to show you, right over here, there's two little sections that if you push those, they actually slide on, you don't wanna pry them off, 'cause you'll break them. If you just slide them forward, then that comes off, the cover comes off and you can see the two mounting holes, same way on this side, and then you use your mounting hardware. The distance between those mounting holes is gonna be right at 1 7/8 inches.

And then once you get it mounted, you just see the two slots there that line up and then you just push that down over the screws and gives you a nice, clean finish look. This is a nice black color. Maximum wattage on this is 80 watts, impedance is four ohms, sensitivity, 84 decibels, and the frequency response is 80 hertz to 20,000 hertz. Last thing I wanna do is just give you a few dimensions on this. The overall width will be from this end to this end, so if we take our ruler and we go here to here, it's gonna be right at 9 5/8 inches wide, the height, it's gonna be right at 3 3/4 inches tall, and the total depth from the very front to the very back, is gonna be right at 5 1/4 inches deep.

Now, the cutout dimension, meaning the dimension you need that this section back here will fit into, the widest point is right up at the front here, so the cutout dimension is gonna be 8 3/8 inches wide, 3 3/8 inches tall, and the depth on the cutout dimension, is right at 4 3/8 inches deep.
