Features:
Specs:
The vacuum breaker lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. The vacuum breaker also has an anti-siphon device - a small air hole that drains water back out of the hose to prevent your dirty shower water from contaminating your clean water supply.
Using the standard NPSM inlet shanks, slide the new valve and deck plate in place through the already existing mounting holes. Hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Empire Faucets RV tub and shower diverter. So guys, this faucet's going to allow you to upgrade your previous diverter that you might have in your RV or camper. I know myself, we have an old little fifth wheel on our faucet. It gets the job done, right We got our hot water or our cold. However, it definitely doesn't look the better.
So, could be nice, go ahead and give yourself a nice little looking faucet inside your RV or camper. Of course, that diverter is gonna work really well, much like you would in your common household faucet. Simply pulls up, that's gonna go ahead and send our water back up to our shower head. Now that shower head is going to be a wall mount design. However that is sold separately.
However, you can find some of those here at eachother.com of course. Now the Chrome finish gives us that sleek and modern look that is going to last for years to come, which is great. The faucet itself is made of a non metallic abs plastic, which means it won't corrode or rust of course. Now the crystal knobs on here not only offer a great purchase if you have a lot of great contact points, but that's gonna allow you to open those quarter turn, turn cartridges in there. So what's nice about these two.
We have a washer less design. That means we're going to have to service this a little bit less, have a little less maintenance on there, which is great. And the wall mount design of course offers three hole offset installation. So you have your hot, I'm sorry, your hot and your cold, little reverse there for you guys. Let me go ahead and give you a closer look here.
So we do have our hot, we have our cold and of course we just have those guys right there. So, keep in mind when you go to install this you will need the appropriate tile and tub cock to make sure we ensure no moisture gets past our plating. So nothing too crazy on here guys, gonna be a nice little way, of course, just giving yourself an upgraded look to your faucet. So let's go ahead and start taking a look at some of our dimensions here. For our offset between each other of our inlets here. we are going to be sitting right at eight inches center on center for ourselves. And then go ahead and right myself there for you guys. And for our inner inlet dimension is going to be putting us right at a half of an inch for ourselves. Now that outer diameter of our inlet is going to be putting you right at 13/16th of an inch. The plate itself going to across is about 10 and a quarter. Hope I'm giving you guys a better look there for you. Ten and a quarter and about three inches on its height. Let me go ahead and try and find that for you guys here. So that is going to be about right around three inches there at maximum for ourselves. And now for our length that we're going to be extending from our wall. That's probably going to be the biggest one that I think I'd be worried about. And that's going to be putting you right about six and three quarters of an inch, kind of going more towards that half. So not more than seven, which is great. So we're not going to have this impact and it's not going to be hitting our shins or anything, which is great. You already have a little limited space in those RV and camper style showers. So, nice that we're not gonna be taking up too much room. Well guys, again, I think this is gonna be a great little way just giving yourself an upgrade for your faucet. It definitely looks good. Empire always has those nice faucet designs, very, very easy little diverter to use. And again, hooking up is gonna be no problem at all. Really, really simple solution. Of course, make sure you have that shower head and make sure you guys are gonna be able to use that diverter to its full potential Well guys, I think that that about does it for our look here today at the Empire Faucets RV, tub and shower diverter here at etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, thank you for watching..
