Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at this Empire Faucets RV Tub and Shower Diverter Faucet with Vacuum Breaker. This is going to let you upgrade the diverter faucet in your RV or camper. This is a non metallic abs plastic construction. So it is going to be very lightweight and you're not gonna have to worry about rust and corrosion. It will be very durable for you.

You can see it is this, this color so a little on the yellow side of white, the pure white, like my table here. So hopefully that will match with your other fixtures. And this does have a dual handle design with the crystal smoked colored knobs style handles. And that's going to allow us to fine tune our temperature, so that the water is not gonna be too hot or too cold. So that you'll have individual adjustments for hot and cold.

The center vacuum breaker is going to allow you to attach a handheld shower set, and that is not included, but it's likely that you already have one. This is your standard, half inch MPT connection fitting here. So it should work with your handheld shower that you already have. Very simple to get the shower going, just lift up that diverter pin there. And once you have water pressure going, that will stay up and allow the water to flow to your shower.

This does feature a washerless design that's going to reduce the friction and daily wear. So it's going to be a nice, long lasting, very durable option for you. You can see, we do have these 2 inlet shanks on the back here. These are again your standard half inch MPT connections. So this is going to require a 2 hole installation, but the deck plate and the mounting nuts are included to get that installed very easily.

They do recommend using some tile and tub caulk to get everything sealed up, that is not included, but it should be very easy to add on. As far as our dimensions go, our overall width, I measure with our handle sticking out as far as they can. It's gonna be our widest part. And you can see, it's just over 6 inches. I'm going to say it's 6 and 1/8 of an inch wide. Our height, we're looking at, approximately 3 and a half inches tall. Then our depth, from the very front here to where it's going to connect to the wall is 4 inches. The distance between our inlet shanks here from center to center is just over 4 inches. We'll call it 4 and 1/8 of an inch. So make sure that that's gonna work for your system. But if all those measurement's match your current setup, this is gonna do a great job of allowing you to control that temperature and use that handheld shower attachment.
