Does Length of Hose Used with SewerSolution Macerator # SS01 Affect Performance
Question:
I have a SewerSolution Macerator Item # SS01. My grey and black water drain is hooked to the 3 waste outlet via part Item # CAM39463 on my camper with a 1 hose and 1pvc. grey water drains stay open all the time. When I need to dump the black tank, I just remove the drain cap, install the sewer solution and attach to the 1 hose and pvc. My question is: Will a shorter 1 sewer solution hose hooked to 1 hose and pvc affect the performance of the sewer solution? Do you need the 10 of 3/4 hose to create more pressure? I will be running this about 50 on level ground

Expert Reply:
The length of the hose used with the SewerSolution Macerator # SS01 does not affect the pressure it creates. If you shortened the hose somehow it would still function.
