Need to brighten up your hallway for those late night bathroom breaks or snack times? Or perhaps you simply just want to upgrade the accent lighting near your furniture? This wall light has yellow LEDs that are bright enough to light up your RV's walkway, bedroom, or other living space, and the included acrylic, frosted white and silver shade softens that light so it's not too harsh.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about dealing with bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery or overload your circuits.
This sidewall light is incredibly easy to install either as an upgrade or a replacement of your existing light. Using hardware (not included), bolt the light down onto an interior wall of your RV or camper. The light can be turned on and off with the built-in push button, or it can be wired to a light switch. The 2-wire design hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire).

Today we're taking a look at a Gustafson RV Sidewall Light. This sidewall light illuminates the interior of your RV or camper. It is a LED design. LEDs last longer, they burn brighter, much more efficient, especially when compared to incandescent lights. So your LEDs are located directly under this glass bulb that comes with it. This is a design element.
Really nice design to the light. But right here are the LEDs so there's multiple LEDs or multiple diodes, so as you'll see at the end of the video when we hoop it up, it really helps optimize the overall light output. It features the frosted acrylic shade with the satin nickel ring included. It does a great job at matching the stem and the base. We have a button right here on the circular base that lets you turn the light on and off.
It can be installed in either orientation, so you can have it like this, or you can flip it and have it like this as well.We're looking at a nice durable steel construction on the base and the stem. Satin nickel finishing offers a sleek, polished look. It's a two hole installation, so you've got a mount hole here and mount hole here. Those holes are separated on center by around 3 and 3/8 inches. And you have a two wire design, black for power, white for ground.
Product's UL listed.When it comes to the overall dimensions, from the outermost point to the back of the base, so this is how far it sticks out from your wall. It's about ten inches deep. The base itself has a diameter of 4 and 3/4 inches and the shade has a diameter of nine inches. All right, we're gonna go hook it up to power and then we'll also turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a low light setting. So here you can see it sends out a really nice, clear, consistent signal.
Nice, bright, light output, and then you can see right here just the design of that glass bulb over the LEDs. It's a really attractive design element to the unit.Another neat thing, again we have the on and off switch, but LEDs just have a much faster response time when compared to incandescents as well.
