Perhaps the simplest type of heat exchanger, the tube-fin effectively cools a variety of automotive systems. The concept is simple: Fluid cools as it travels through the core by transferring heat out to the fins. The fins then provide the surface area necessary for sufficient heat exchange to take place, allowing the heat pulled from the fluid to dissipate into the surrounding air. Quick, easy and effective.

So far so good. Just installed the cooler a couple days ago getting ready for a move trailing a full load for 1000mi.
Install guide and descriptions are very generic and therefore require a bit forethought and pre-work.
Will see how the product will hold up in the long run.
Shipping and transactions with etrailer have been excellent once again.

So far so good. Installed on a 2011 Honda Odyssey. Primary challenge was using the exsisting hard line/ flex line points on the OEM system. Best bet is to remove the passenger headlight assy.
My install looked great, then the light wouldn't fit back in. On second try I used more line to allow the bulk to loop further into the van's body and not behind the light. Works like a champ.
If I were to do it again, I would likely use a tube cutting kit and plumb this inline with the factory hard line instead of trying to reach the OEM connection points.

Everything you need is in the box, good product quality (paint and material finish condition), easy to install.
With only two mounting points, this cooler rocked a bit and could potentially touch the radiator fins on my vehicle. I used some additional foam along the top and bottom edges to ensure it was securely mounted and to avoid hard contact with the radiator.

Before installing you will need to determine the best location on your vehicle to install this power steering cooler. The optimal location is between the vehicle grille and the AC condenser core. You will then need to identify the low pressure side of the power steering pump, and install the cooler in-line. After you have installed the power steering pump you will need to top of with additional fluid, and start the vehicle and rotate the steering wheel several times (while in park) to bleed the system and distribute the fluid, and add fluid as needed. The full installation instructions are linked on the right hand side of the product page for your reference. We have not had the opportunity to do an installation video of a power steering cooler.
