The slim, triangular design allows the caddy to fit neatly in the corner of the trailer and can be secured with the included strap and lag bolt. The caddy is equipped with a fill cap, pressure vent, and a threaded ball valve. A stand (SL-25STAND - sold separately), permits better access to the ball valve.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this 25 gallon horse trailer water caddy. Now this is going to provide a nice, safe drinking water source for your horses or other livestock while you're traveling by trailer. It is constructed here in the USA of FDA-approved plastic so it is going to hold up well for you. You don't have to worry about chemicals leaking into your water source for your animals. This does have a slim three-sided triangular design that's going to allow it to fit neatly in the corner of your trailer so it can save you some valuable trailer space there.
It is about 56 inches tall and 14 and a half inches wide on each of our sides. We do have these straps that will allow us to secure to the wall with the self tightening strap there. And then these lag bolts, we can get those put in place and so that we have a solid connection to the wall. This caddy is equipped with a two and three eighths inch fill spout. We've got a cap with the built-in pressure vent on it.
That will allow us to allow air in as the water is let out. And then down at the bottom we do have our ball valve and that is going to allow us to operate. We'll take that cap off and then we can either open or close that ball valve to allow water to flow through. Now, one thing I will point out is this ball valve only sits about an inch off the floor so that could be a little bit difficult to operate. They do have a stand available that will help to raise that up a little bit.
Make it easier to access. So instead of being one inch off the floor with the stand here, we're about 12 inches off the floor. So it is gonna make it easier for us to get to that ball valve and then to have a little bit more flow for wherever that water is going. So again, that is sold separately. You can find it using the part number you see on the screen there, or some people will build their own, I know to lift this up off the ground but that is an option for you.

Ordered a water tank and the stand that goes under it for my horse trailer. Package arrived on time and in good shape. I've ordered previously other items from e-trailer, and always got the right product, on time.
The tank is a great product, but its hard to get the water to flow unless its up higher than the floor of the trailer.Thats the only issue I found with it,otherwise its good, a well made product
