Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at these Gen-Y replacement hitch pin clips. These are going to be the exact same kind of clip that originally came with your hitch or ball mount. So it is going to be great if you've lost or damaged your original clip, these will replace it. This will come in a quantity of 10. So that will be great.
If you have a fleet that you're using a lot of Gen-Y products on a lot of different trucks and you keep losing pins or if you're just one of those kinds of people that seems to lose things frequently, this will give you plenty of backups to make sure that you're always going to have one on hand. This will fit right in place on your pin and it will lock in place with that twist there. So it's not going to wiggle out or anything. Very easy to put on and twist to take off just like the original, we'll do a good job of ensuring that your pin stays in place so that your ball mount or any other hitch accessory that you have mounted will be there when you get to your destination. Great clips easier to use than regular clips secureworks.
I've used the standard pin clips and experienced them coming off unexpectedly. With the Twist on version, they to stay on and not slip off as easy. Quality of the clips pins look very good with what appears to be a bright nickel plating. Time will tell how they hold up(corrosion).
I really like these twist on/off hitch pins. Much easier to install/remove than a standard R-clip. Good price and fast shipping!
