Installation
This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the center of your rear bumper.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. T-connector plugs directly into OEM tow package wiring harness - no cutting, splicing or tapping required.Very handy and makes a nice inatall. The instructions are vague and incomplete. They do not tell you exactly how to release the OEM connector plug, only that you push the red lock up. Then what? Press where? It took 15 minutes to fugure that out or fear of breaking something. (Ask me how I know!)
5 star on quality, 4 star on instructions. I’m pretty good with mechanical things. This was not difficult to install. The access holes provided were like 7/8” but bolt heads are 1-1/16” so needed to enlarge those holes using a 1/2” drill bit. Instructions said to disconnect muffler but I did not and was able to get it in place. Need to remove four screws, two on each side from center, on the bumper cover and pull back to install. Used jack stands to assist. Did not need to trim any of the cover. Fishing lines worked great too; just put a good kink in them to pass easy to the access hole. Did have to trim two bolts projecting from the bumper bracket and then it fit great, all bolts lined up. Adapter for lights was perfect also, bit hard to reach and disconnect cover though. Overall very happy with this product.
Direct fit for a 2021 Chevy Blazer premiere installed a hitch, and this wiring harness at the same time. I figured since the bumper was off, I would be able to install this quick and easy and it was. Just had to take the dust and weather cover off existing plug that was behind the driver side, bumper and plug this wiring harness right in. As you can see from pictures pretty straightforward install.
Works just fine, installation was easy as I installed it during the hitch installation and didn't have any issues.

Excellent product and the easiest system for attaching to your vehicle! You only need a second person to hold the hitch up while you get the first nut on each side. The wiring harness is click-and-play. if you need a visual, watch the provided videos. Highly recommend this product to everyone!!!
Very easy to install. Remove cover from wiring harness on vehicle and plug in the wiring harness. So simple that every one is able to do this.
AS ALWAYS THE PARTS WERE PERFECT BUT AS YOU CAN SEE I AM ONLY GIVING 3 STARS. THIS WAS ORDERED FOR A CUSTOMER, DELIVERY WAS SLATED FOR WEDNESDAY AND WE SCHEDULED A THURSDAY INSTALLATION FOR OUR CUSTOMER WHO WAS LEAVING ON VACATION SATURDAY EARLY MORNING. WHEN THE PARTS DID NOT ARRIVE AS PROMISED I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY WAS DELAYED. I ASKED WHEN I COULD EXPECT DELIVERY AND HE SUGGESTED I CALL UPS BECAUSE HE HAD NO IDEA ??!!? A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER DELAYED HIS VACATION UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON BECAUSE I LET HIM DOWN. AGAIN THE PARTS WERE PERFECT AND WORKED GREAT, YOU JUST NEED A LITTLE TRAINING FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE

The wiring harness was very easy to install, but the hitch installation took a little time. It went on good after a little time figuring out the mounting hardware. The videos on this site helped make the installation a little easier to understand.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of this wiring harness installation. I installed a wiring harness on a Jeep a few months ago. This was literally plug and play.
Simple plug and play. Worked perfectly.
Makes wiring easy, the only issue I had was getting the protective plug out. I thought once you slid the red tab back, you could pull it out, but there is a tab you have to push also, once I figured this out, no problem.
Fit my 2017 xt5 works great.
