Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a look at this Kelty Lowdown camp couch. Now this brown and teal camp couch is gonna give you and two other people, the room to sit rather comfortably around a campfire at your, at your campsite and giving you the ability to enjoy a nice comfortable seat with your friends and family, enjoying the great outdoors. And this is a low seat, and this is sitting about 12 and a half inches from the ground. The seat is sitting about 12 and a half inches from the ground.

And this is gonna be great, giving you the ability to kind of sit close to a campfire. And I could see where this would be really beneficial for a parent. If they just wanna keep an eye on their kids while they're roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows this will kind of help them kind of keep an eye on their kids, making sure they don't get too close to the fire but also giving you a very comfortable seat as well. Another reason for the low profile is this is gonna help avoid you blocking other people, sitting behind you, such as at sporting events or outdoor events, so they can easily see over top of you. Now, what makes this couch so comfortable is this slightly reclined back section here.

And that's going to allow you to kind of stretch out and just enjoy your time outdoors with your friends and family. And there's plenty of room here in the seat as well. So again, I've been sitting here for a few minutes. It's very comfortable. I don't have anything pushing up against the back of my legs.

I will say that it would be a tight squeeze I think to fit three full size adults here. I think it would be okay if another adult about my build sat over there and maybe, you know, have a, if there we're some parents sitting here, a child sit here I think there would be plenty of room there. But it would be a tight squeeze, especially on a warm day to have three full size adults sitting here. But all in all, it's a very comfortable seat. The only problem is is because it is low.

It can be kind of difficult to stand up. So if you have difficulty sitting in low chairs or getting up from low chairs, that is something for you to consider because it can be a little bit difficult getting up. So what I have found is I get a firm hold here of the handle here and just kind of push down from the seat. And that gives me enough ability there to stand up. But that is something to be aware of with this low profile of this couch. Now it does fold up very easily, but before we fold it up I do wanna show you just a few things here and get a close up. So first of all, you can see the profile here and just the angle that the back portion is sitting at. So again, that's a gives you that nice reclining back. But then the arm rests are adjustable. So let me blind that up here for you. So the adjustable armrests are gonna be very easy to move up and down for support. You can tighten with that buckle or loosen that and just adjust that armrest to what best fits your needs. And then let me go ahead and show you how easy this is to fold up. So I'm gonna go back to my wide view here and what I found that works best is just grab the opposite ends and just pull it together. And as you can see it comes together very easily and it even stands on its own. Let me give you another close up view here and just show you that these do have insulated cup holders here. And not only are they insulated but they do have a mesh at the bottom that's going to allow condensation to drain out of there. These are adjustable. So it's gonna keep a various different, various sizes of cups, hot or cold. And I could even think that you could put a drink here and maybe put your phone there behind that flap and just be a convenient way not only to hold your drink but maybe also your phone as well. Now this does have a powder coated steel frame construction. So it's durable when I'm sitting in it it feels very stable, very durable. The maximum weight capacity is 600 pounds. And what I like in particular about the wrap that you store this in is I have some camp chairs where the bags are like tubes. And you've gotta kind of shimmy the chair into the tube. That can sometimes be a little bit inconvenient and difficult. But this is not a bag, this is a wrap. And as you can see there at the bottom, it has a pocket. So what I found is works best is I just kind of wrap this wrap, kind of around my legs here a little bit for stability. And then you just need to get your feet into that pocket. The feet of the chair. And it takes a little bit of doing just to make sure we get it in there perfectly. And it looks like we're doing pretty good there. So once you have it in the pocket then you can just wrap this up and you don't have to worry about bag tearing or anything like that. And we have these buckles here with these straps. That's gonna help you get this wrap around this couch. And then you can adjust the tension on that as well. Give you a close up there of those buckles. Now there's handles on both ends. That's gonna allow for easy carry. So when you're transporting this, you could either carry it like this, or have somebody help you. And then there's also an adjustable padded shoulder strap. So if you're gonna be traveling a little bit from a parking lot, or from from the parking lot to your destination you can easily swing this over your shoulder. That kind of gives you a view of what it looks like there. And you can make this wrap a little bit tighter as well to kind of make it a little more compact. So those straps on the wrap are adjustable. Now, as easy as it was to fold it's very easy to unfold as well. So just going to undo those buckles and pull out our couch, set it there, by the way, this wrap can be used as a floor mat or a dog mat. It is patted. So you can provide a more comfortable spot for you pets to lay on outside if you so desire. So it does serve more than just one purpose. And then lemme go to my wide view and show you again how easy this is to open. And it opens up very easily. And it's ready for you to sit in. Now the back height from the seat here is about 19 and a half inches. And the overall width of the seat at the widest point from end to end is about 63 inches wide. And then the overall width from the end of the handles, from end to end is about 78 inches wide. And I think I mentioned this already, the maximum height from the ground to the bottom of the seat is 12 and a half inches. And again, the capacity is 600 pounds.
