Today we are going to be taking a look at the Thule Aspect backpack for DSLR cameras, laptops and tablets. This is a very versatile day pack that lets you safely carry your camera, multiple lenses, flash and really a whole bunch of gear. All the compartments on the unit are heavily padded so that way they protect your gear and they are totally customizable as well, which is one of the most unique advantages of a bag like this. Now I went ahead and packed it down. You'll notice here on the side it has a compartment and strap, that way we can transport a tri-pod . Multiple pockets throughout, but I'm sure what we really want to really see is where the camera and stuff stores. Side pouch, easily accessible.

On the inside here you can see that we have the main area for our camera. We're also going to have these little side compartments here. So if we undo the flaps there you can see that I got my lenses stored in there. There is also another spot on the other side that you can gain access to. So I have another lens on this side and there is room below it for more gear.

And all of these pieces are totally customizable. So you can take them and out and you can re-organize your slots in a way that would work best for your application. But they are all padded, a lot of protection to our gear. Little storage pocket here, allows you to store any cables, batteries, anything that you need. So that's the main camera compartment. The other main area is going to be for our laptop and tablet.

Side pouch or side zipper here on the back portion, open that up. You're going to have a large compartment right here which would be for your laptop. And then right here there is a little sleeve, and then that's going to be for your iPad or tablet. So the rear compartment has side access that's going to hold up to a 15.6 inch laptop. It's got the dedicated padded sleeves that protects your laptop and tablet. We're also going to have a really nice spacious top compartment here.

This is going to allow you to store some personal gear. Zipper right there on the opening pouch. Large body. That shelf right there can be removed the same way that those dividers we're taken out of the main compartment. Couple of pockets right here. A clip for keys or anything else that could clip on So that's nice. And then right here on the front we have a side pouch as well. Throw some extra gear right here, a nice large compartment. Now the unit is going to feature the hip belt, they are going to have pockets on there. That way you can quickly access the gear that you need on hand. So it's got the hip belt. Now that does easily detach . I do want you to notice though the padding on this. It's going to be super comfortable, multiple different points of contact. But it's also going to feature these breathable shoulder straps, that way we don't sweat nearly as much where those shoulder straps are placed on our body. Breathable hip belt. And again nice, thick, padded design it's going to ensure a very, very comfortable set-up. It's also got the sternum strap, it helps stabilize larger loads . The bag itself constructed of a nylon construction with a water resistant coating. So that's great because you definitely want to protect the gear that you have inside this bag. Capacity for the unit is 22 liters. External dimensions is going to vary dependent on how you have it packed. But basically it's about 20 and a half inches tall, almost 12 inches wide, about 11 and 13/16ths of an inch wide and 8 and 11/16ths of an inch deep. The bag itself when it's empty weighs about 3 pounds and it's going to be covered with a limited lifetime warranty.
