- Front Hitch Recommendation for 1992 Chevy C1500For your 1992 Chevy C1500 we have the Curt front hitch part # 31042 that I would recommend as it does not require moving the front license plate bracket like the Draw Tite part # 65005. I would only recommend going with the Draw Tite if you needed the max ground clearance as possible.
