Rear Assist Lines
The rear assist lines generated by the system's camera make connecting your fifth wheel camper or gooseneck trailer a one-person job. The lines appear on the included 4.3" rear view mirror monitor and show the distance from other objects, allowing you to accurately line up your connection point when hooking up your camper or trailer.
0 Lux Night Vision
0 Lux night vision produces a quality picture and gives you the flexibility you need when hooking up your camper or trailer. You can line up your connection point in low-light conditions at dusk, or in complete darkness at night without the aid of IR transmitters.
Rear View Mirror Monitor
The rear view mirror monitor replaces your existing rear view mirror, giving you the same functionality while adding a dynamic 4.3" full-color, LCD screen to view the cargo area of your truck. This dual-action mirror monitor is the perfect tool for safely connecting your fifth wheel camper or gooseneck trailer, allowing you to see your truck bed and camper at the same time.
Simple Installation
Simply unscrew and unplug your factory third brake light. Once removed, set your new custom bezel with camera in place. Feed the 6' camera wire through the opening into your truck and re-install your factory third brake light in front of the custom bezel.
Connect your 6' camera wire to the 18' wiring harness. This combined 24" wire will extend through your head liner or door sill panel along the edge of the floor, up to the front of your truck, and connect with the included ground and power wiring harness. The power wire will run to your truck's battery.

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the truck bed cargo camera with rear view mirror. Now this product fits certain years and models of the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks. To ensure that it is a fit for your vehicle, you can use the vehicle fit guide located at etrailer.com.The camera's located right here, and this bezel or bracket mounts directly behind the third brake light on your vehicle. Everything still functions the same, but now you've just added a camera to your brake light assembly. This is a custom fit design, so it ensures that it matches up perfectly with your vehicle and maintains that factory or OEM look.The camera can be adjusted a little bit to get the specific angle you need for your application. All the necessary wiring is included.
The camera is a nice small compact unit, so once installed, you'll hardly even notice that it's there.This system is designed to allow you to monitor and see what's going on in your cargo area or the bed of your truck. This is perfect for if you have a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch, really helps make it easier when connecting to your trailer. It also comes with a rear view mirror that functions as a monitor and replaces your existing rear view mirror. Comes with all the necessary installation items to make the replacement. It's a really nice design, very easy to use.You can see right here is where our display appears.
Now if the camera's not on, then this functions as a standard rear view mirror. And then when the camera's activated, the image will appear, which will allow us to monitor what we see in our camera.Turn the overhead lights off and you can see that it still provides really great visibility at night time or in low light conditions. We also have a power button right here which allows us to gain access to the menu and we can adjust the brightness level of the display.When it comes to the wiring, everything's pretty much plug and play. The only things that you have to hard wire are your ground wires, and your power wires. Now typically what happens is when wiring, a lot of people choose to take their power wire from the camera and run it in to the reverse circuit on the vehicle.
That way this camera automatically comes on whenever the reverse gear is engaged in the vehicle.That's going to do it for today's look at the truck bed cargo camera with the rear view mirror.

- How do I adjust the Camersa Angle on my Custom Third Brake Light Camera System part # 3460014 The Custom Third Brake Light Camera System w/ Rear View Mirror part # 3460014 is manually adjustable. It will tilt up or down slightly to change your view. I currently do not have an option for your 2020 GMC 3500 to allow you to use the factory screen.

Because you can't connect a factory camera or built in monitor for this particular model camera and mirror there is not a switch included with this system. If you have a factory camera you're trying to preserve the use of that was also using the rear view mirror as a monitor let me know and I can see what alternatives might be...
