Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a quick look at this Professional Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tester. This professional disc type DEF tester is designed to work with most 2010 and newer diesel powered cars, light duty, and semi-trucks, and this test the urea purity to maintain 32.5%. It is temperature compensating, so it will test accurately hot or cold. And to test, you would collect fluid up to this minimum test line, and once full, you would just keep the end of this hose above the test line, the floating discs will accurately display the urea levels. Two floating discs indicate the recommended 32.5%, zero, one, or all three floating discs indicate poor or contaminated DEF, and it is recommended to replace and flush the system. It is important to always flush the tester after each use, and that's gonna conclude our look today.

I had already viewed a YouTube video on how to use the DEF tester so when I received it I knew what to expect. It worked as I expected and am pleased to have it. I was trying to avoid an avoidable problem and this tester will be of value for that reason.
