Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at this Airlift WirelessONE Air Tank Upgrade System for the Air Helper Springs. Now, this WirelessONE upgrade system will allow you to upgrade your existing WirelessONE system into a tank system, with all the appropriate integration pieces. It allows you to enjoy extended air supply and improved performance. And it is designed to work with all brands of your push-to-connect air helper springs.
Now, this kit will include everything I have laid out here on the table. We're gonna go through the items. We'll start with this two gallon air tank. Over here we have this nice chrome heavy duty air compressor. Over here we have the remote mount filter pressure switch and solenoid assembly with the mounting bracket.
Comes with this wireless air tank harness. Over here, we'll have 30 feet of quarter inch air line. Right here we got six feet of three eighths inch tubing. Comes with this nice quick connect coiled tire fill airline. And then you'll notice it comes with all the hardware and fittings that are required for installation.
Comes with a fuse and some cable ties. Also have a nice installation manual to describe how this works and how it all connects. Now, this is a single path system with an air tank and a compressor system. It includes everything you need to inflate one pair of air springs to equal pressure, helps you level your vehicle front to back. Now, the air tank right here is a black powder coated auxiliary air tank.
Holds up to two gallons of compressed air to feed your air springs. And because this is an upgraded kit, this upgrade kit will include this heavy duty upgraded compressor. The max working pressure on this compressor is 200 psi. The flow rate is 3.53 cubic feet per minute. And the duty cycle on it at a hundred psi is a hundred percent. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, had the best mechanics in my town install this kit, after about 2 weeks I started hearing compressor kick on every 20-30 minutes. Had take it back and pay to have leak fix (junk connections). then few months later I took it in because it blew a fuse, then when I lowered air back to 7 lb it would continually run, but at 14 it would stay off. I guess it blew another fuse because I just tried pumping it up for a camping trip in 2 weeks and will not work, now it immediately blows fuses
Too early to tell on the kit. Install went without a problem and the system initially worked as expected. The pump is LOUD!!!! I originally thought about installing behind the rear seat but opted to install inside the job body. Thank god, it’s really loud in there even with the door closed.
Installed on 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 QCSB 4x4. Mounting bracket lined up perfectly with existing holes in frame under RT rear passenger seat.
Product works as expected and is proving reliable, I use this to auto-inflate air bags to 80 psi and also run an air hose off a quick disconnect mounted under the rear bumper. Bluetooth connection via iPhone works well, system connects quickly every time and the latest update now shows the current system pressure. Only regret is that I did not know about single path / dual path compressors and wish I would have bought the dual path to eliminate the swaying that happens when loaded heavy with long travel air bags.
Works well. Wasn’t going to order at 1st with bags but glad did now. I was worried about Compressor being load but it is quite was and install was easy

I have had air bags before and the pump din't come on 4 or 5 times a day like this one does. ( really irrtates my wife.) I have spent hours looking for a leak but cannot find one. Took it to Quaility Bumper a couple of times and they serched a couple of hours and couldn't find one. Then I was told it is normal. I disagree but just living with it now.
This is the second truck I’ve had this combination on, frame mounted air compressor and airbags. It is a great combination makes it so much easier. I haul Different trailers which have different weights, so the ease of changing the pressures for my phone Bluetooth or from the supplied remote is absolutely the best.
Fairly easy install. I have a gooseneck hitch, so the ubolts couldn’t be used. Kinda tight drilling the frame to mount upper brackets, used stubby bits. Mounted the compressor in the truck bed under my toolbox.
The compressor system works great. It was easy to install and system provided a sufficient length of material for other options for placement of the compressor. The system was installed roughly a year ago and this works great.

Product works as it was supposed to, chose my own fasteners as the self tappers broke heads off, so I drilled and tapped into the frame and used stainless fasteners, compression was good and I like the mobile app on my iPhone
Cons:
The 2020 f350 installation video uses the smaller self tapping screw to hang the air pump. The instructions specifically say not to do that. I am thankful my wife was helping and read the instructions Cover to cover. That video also did not show installing air filter.
I ended up putting my air line junction lower than in video just above differential which keeps lines much further from the exhaust.
It did take me some time to get air leaks fixed, so be sure to test like in video.

So far this product works perfectly. Installed with Airlift 5000.
I wired directly to one of my auxiliary switches, I can turn off independently if necessary.
Install was fairly simple. A dual path would have been my first choice. Shipping took longer than expected, probably my fault for selecting USPS. I installed the compressor with velcro to the top of the fuse box in the engine compartment to keep it dry and out of the elements of the harsh winters we have

After a year it doesn’t regulate pressure. etrailer doesn’t want to do anything about it. Said I need to contact Airlift
I finished installing the Air Lift Wireless ONE EZ Mount on my 1997 Ford F350 Crew cab diesel using the u-bolt that came with it. I selected a location on the driver's side frame that worked out great. The 2 small problems I had was on the ring terminal for the negative battery post was not a good fit with the crimped end. The gauge of wire for the red positive wire was just right. Problem solved with a smaller gauge ring terminal. The other thing I noticed is after running the optional ignition connection to the fuse panel and selected a fuse that's active with the ignition on, there's no difference with it connected or not. The wireless remote and the mobile app work fine.
Excellent product, and makes it easy to adjust air in the shocks. Can be done while driving. Highly recommend it.

Box ripped completely opened. I have to go through the box see what's missing. I'm not very happy with the condition of the product.
Great unit. Fitment and installation was a breeze but had a little trouble with the electrical. This could have been better engineered with connectors to just plug in like the module has so it could only be wired one way.
